5 /5 Scotty A: Not a bad park could do with a tidy up not much to see here ok bushwalk
5 /5 Sean: If you look closely you’ll see the endangered shopping trolley in an unfamiliar territory as it try’s to hide from predators as it camouflages it’s self as best it can
2 /5 Steven Kratsas: A park
4 /5 Nick Geoghegan: Nice park. Could do with a little more T&C to make it really special.
4 /5 Hayley Dean: A delightful bush walk thats both beautiful and easy to do.
There are a few access points to reach the reserve, we parked on River road near the old bowling club. Such a great walk to do with young kids too. My toddler absolutely thrived.
Its one of those spots where you cant believe you are in the heart of Sydney suburbia because this is such lush bush land. A true locals secret and another of Sydneys Secret places.
Enjoy the vegetation as its home to some threatened wildlife and plant communities. The reserve & wetlands are one of the most significant nature areas in the Hurstville local government area which is why so many locals are passionate about protecting/preserving it.
Elaine van de Loo Amazing lookout, very serene and beautiful. It is $4 entree fee for the park and is a bit touristy but still worth it.
There is a cafe at the start, we didnt eat here so I cant tell you if it is any good.
