5 /5 julie kitchen: We explored this walk a couple days ago because it is so close to the area weve just moved to and we needed a breath of fresh air. The walk was just what we needed! It was great (walking in from the start of Trevors Lane, on Patricia Place), getting into the bush and away from civilization for a bit. It was beautiful to see a number of different Banksia flowering, plus the Scribbly Gums.
We were amazed at how extensive Refuge Rock is: it seems to go on and on, and has some lovely bush views.
The walk is fairly easy, but there are some rocky patches of path. It is NOT well signposted, but we found our way easily enough following the trail using Google Maps.
We continued on from Refuge Rock, to find the Natural Arch.
