5 /5 Kristy McIntosh: Ive been training at this gym for 6mths or so, having trained elsewhere before. From the outset, the team have been super prompt with communication (calls, messages & in person). The staff are friendly, welcoming and always up for a chat or to help out if/when needed. I train at many different times throughout the day and have noticed that the vibe is the same, no matter what time of day - smiles, good tunes and a diverse group of people who are all there for their own reasons and focused on health and happiness. Big thumbs up from me!
