From day one, the staff made us feel welcome, and the positive, motivating environment they’ve created has allowed us to really thrive in our fitness journey. The vibe in the gym is second to none! Supportive members, uplifting energy, and a space that genuinely pushes you to be your best. A special mention to Kyle, the Assistant Club Manager, who was fantastic to work with. His professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care really stood out and made our experience even better. Although we’ve now moved back to Sydney, we honestly wish there was a Genesis Windsor here! It’s the kind of gym community that’s hard to find. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a gym, but a place where you can truly grow.

So kind and courteous, Ive questioned whether theyre actually AI-powered robots programmed to be as helpful as possible!
