5 /5 Mitchell downes: Custom designed ring: I really appreciate the team at Springfield jewellers. The ladies were very accommodating and patient with me setting up a time to see Pranay. Follow-ups were easy and bookings too. When discussing the design elements with Pranay he was incredibly helpful. He offered honest and open feedback for what he could offer when it came to my budget requirements. And spoke openly about the time it might take to achieve my desired design. Im thankful to him for trying to have my best interests at heart when it came to gemstone sizes, the different design ideas I had in mind and the ideal method to include them into a setting. I felt he knew what he was talking about and judging by his track record and what could be seen instore I was confident he could achieve what I wanted. I appreciate how he incorporates a thicker frame in order for the ring to be study for every day wear, and how he managed to string together my design ideas and then showcase them using an initial 3D image. This helped give me a good idea of what to expect with the final product. Once the ring was finished, I was blown away at how exquisite it was! His work is beautiful.
