Mitrevski Martial Arts Academy - SA

John Ngo Been going to Pauls classes for a while now. He has so much knowledge on all aspects of martial arts and great understanding on body mechanics and how to effectively use our natural movements to our advantage in combat sports. The gym is well equipped and classes are structured well and he varies it up to keep it interesting. Great for beginners and also great for those who know the basics and are looking to practice their skills and techniques. Would highly recommended Pauls classes to anyone looking to get involved with martials arts, no matter what skill level and age.

F45 Training Panania - SA

Alicia Donaghey I can honestly say that the F45 slogan of ‘Team Training, Life Changing’ is accurate! From the moment I enquired about what F45 offers the team at Panania were welcoming & knowledgeable, it was the friendly voice on the phone that gave me the courage to show up to the studio & see for myself what that slogan meant. I was encouraged by the coaches every step of the way during the free 3 day trial & as a result became a member & did my first 45 day challenge, I am so glad I did. The encouragement to push through each session & training tips to perfect technique is at the forefront of every class. I always leave feeling like I have given my all. What I love about the team at Panania is that even if you don’t really know anyone, there is the common bond of being there to do your best & give it your all, no matter your fitness level. Massive Thanks to Gary & the team your friendliness & professionalism really does make the studio what it is.

Goodlife Health Clubs Fitzroy - SA

Johnny Jungle im a regular here, or so my wife thinks. i frequent this venue like a hunter. what do i hunt you ask? a free machine that isnt covered in the juices of someones manhood. the locker rooms remind me of the bustling streets of new york, littered with stench, a lack of shame, too much honesty, and a vibe that would make even a grown man weep. as an improvement to this venue, i want change. and i want it now. get the people theirs towels, teach us how to wash and if we cant learn, do it for us. wipe the machines for us. put up signs to do so. do something, for the love of god. yours sincerely johnny j p.s stop closing early, us hustlers need the gym 24/7, i have people to please and metal to move.

The Combat Club - SA

Jenna Barker The combat club is the most perfect place to learn something new, I started learning kick boxing from Indy and It has been incredibly fun and insightful. The head coach Indy is great with people, he takes time with everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure your learning correctly and getting the most out of your session. Everyone who goes there is extremely welcoming. It definitely works to your advantage that its a small gym, you get a really personalised service. Indy knows everyones names and there goals and what they need to work on to get there. Its definitely my happy place. There is classes for all ages and all levels, never have I seen so many kids having a great time as I do when I rock up ten minutes early to my adults striking class.
