Melissa Riley I moved to Gardiner Dental from a previous practice as George had been my dentist there. I had never enjoyed the dentist before I met George. He plays music I like and always looks after my teeth well. Being a family practice he has strong family values which resonate in his practice. He has even offered to help with my elderly mother and her teeth when another practice trued to charge her an astronomical fee for some work that was suggested for her teeth. Andrew Shakespeare George has served and continues to serve myself and my family in the most skilled and caring manner. I am extremely nervous about dentistry, but George is so patient and allows me the time to get through. My 2 children now grown with their own children still frequent George for all dentistry needs. alan pearce George and his team are amazing. They saw me at short notice and took great care to not only explain everything, but fixed my issue straight away. And for the first time a dentist that didn’t try to talk me into having work done that didn’t really need doing, in fact advised me not to have things done but once again explained why. And I haven’t had an issue since, patient is more important than his pocket. Thoroughly recommended.

Paul Sandles Matthew has been our family dentist for several years now and has managed both my girls and my dental hygiene fantastically. He has an incredible array of technology and his suite is the most modern i have ever seen. All of his staff have always been incredibly friendly which they must get off Matthew as he is always pleased to see me.

Matt Jenkins Matthew Speed is the best dentist in the state. Fixed some of my teeth that I thought were unfix able and did a outstanding job. Tanya and Sam are both superstars in their rolls and I couldn’t highly suggest people using him as their dentist!!

Heather Cotton I have been a patient of Dr Speeds since he opened his own practice about 20 years ago - and I wouldnt even consider going to another dentist. He is very thorough and takes time to explain to you everything that he is doing. He also takes preventive steps to ensure you dont end up with any big problems in the future. His surgery is clean and it feels more like walking into a study than a surgery. He also has the latest equipment to take the best care of your teeth. I cannot recommend Dr Speed highly enough. I hope I never need to find another dentist.

Dr Christine Sindt My daughter-in-law suggested I try Dr Kaufman after an unsatisfactory experience with my previous dentist. Dr Kaufman was fantastic! He took photographs during the procedure on a wisdom tooth, and showed them to me when he was finished. He did such a clean job. The practice is professional and calm. Every step is clearly explained in a reassuring manner. Dr Kaufman is now our whole family dentist. I am 70 years old and my youngest grandchildren are one year old twins. We look forward to a long association.

Suzanne Surrey Ive been at this practice because of a sore tooth and I was surprised to find a very honest and skilful dentist, whose first concern was to provide the best treatment for me. What I thought itd be a root canal treatment or extraction, ended in a deep cleaning, much more affordable. Dr Kaufman gave me a very thorough explanation about the reason of the pain and discomfort and was extremely gentle during the treatment. Ive recommended Dr Kaufman to my husband who hasnt been in the dentist for more than 8 years and he was very pleased with the treatment he received from Dr Kaufman and his staff.

Maratrev Leonard Would like to thank Dr.Kaufman for fitting me to see him on a Saturday morning when my regular dentist wasnt available. Having a problem tooth before going into hospital wasnt an option. Dr. Kaufman fitted me in, attended only to the tooth in question and rectified the problem straight away. Bobby Chong When you walk in, it almost feels like a luxury day spa, not a dental clinic. I received a warm welcome from the ladies at the reception. Great relaxing atmosphere. This was my first appointment with Dr. Alice after switching clinics/dentists a few times due to painful experiences and poor service. Dr. Alice was warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She performed a painless, gentle and meticulous clean - further, as I do not regularly visit the dentist due to traumatic past experiences, she took pictures and X-rays of my teeth, taking the time to educate me on areas to watch out for. I’ll be a regular now - highly recommended.

michael read Visited Expert smiles yesterday for a checkup and clean. The thoroughness and level of genuine patient care is extraordinary and the highest level as such in all my experiences both living here and overseas. A fine crack was discovered on one tooth in the examination leading to a recommendation explained clearly as to why a crown was the best course of preventative care. S Ah-Moye I had an issue with my braces while travelling to Australia from the UK, and Beverly was recommended to me by a relative. Not only did she swiftly help me with the braces issue, but without asking she spotted other problems that I’d been struggling with (and my local dentist had frankly not managed to deal with well) and she helped me with those too. She was friendly, had such amazing attention to detail and explained things very clearly to me. The advice I got from her was invaluable. I wish I could have her as my local dentist!

Monique Christensen I have been coming to see Beverly for around 15 years now. When I first came, I had to overcome a phobia of dentists that had meant I hadn’t been to see a dentist AT ALL for 20 years! (Childhood memories of the dentist my family referred to as ‘The Butcher’ didn’t help…) The rest is history. I now actually ENJOY coming to the dentist and even look forward to it. Beverly and her team (Sue and Kylie) have become like good, long-term friends. My teeth are in great condition now and I can’t speak more highly of the compassion, skill and dedication Beverly brings to her work. She also genuinely cares and has been remarkable in how she has responded to out-of-hours emergencies and has supported me at important times in my daily life. (I don’t know any other dentists who would send bunches of flowers for special occasions or give you a free teeth-cleaning just before your wedding…) Not many dentists could bring such a genuine SMILE to my face - but Beverly does. 紅曄 My appointment has been cancelled because the doctor is unwell, its fine, so I tried to reschedule as the message asked me. However, since my second phone call was also hung up by the front desk, Im going to find another dentist. And this is the most terrible experience Ive ever had.

Amad piracha I’m extremely disappointed with how my appointment with Dr Darren Lai was handled. I called and confirmed an appointment for 5 pm the next day, yet it was cancelled the same day just because I didn’t respond to a text message. This makes no sense — if I already confirmed over the phone, why is a separate text confirmation needed? There was no clear communication that not replying to a message would lead to cancellation. To make matters worse, the reception staff was unprofessional and rude when I followed up. Rather than helping resolve the issue, they were dismissive and offered no explanation or support. This entire experience was frustrating, a waste of time, and completely avoidable with clearer communication and more professional staff. I would not recommend this practice based on how poorly the situation was handled.

Shaun Least thorough cleaning I have ever received. Lasted at most 3 minutes and consisted of only power scaling, zero manual scaling. I asked why the cleaning was so brief and why there was no manual scaling. I was told it was because my teeth were in such good condition I didn’t require it. This was obviously false as I have periodontitis and generally require 30 minutes + for scaling to get under my gums. Guessing this was due to them being a Medibank provider which limits the amount they can charge - they make up for it with providing the lowest quality service possible. I recommend to go elsewhere, particularly if you are with Medibank.

KYLA D I had to book 3 months in advance to get a spot. Then when the day finally came around my 5 month old baby fell sick and I had to see the doctor asap to check her out. Got charged a $90 cancellation fee because they said it’s too late to fill the spot. Fair enough, but I called back after an hour to see if I could still come because I had sorted my baby out sooner than expected. They had filled my spot already but still demanded I was charged $90 because of late cancellations. I get that policies are policies, but didn’t feel like any care was given about my circumstances.

Benoit Seligmann Dr Nirav Buthan is highly knowledgeable, which is priceless when you have a niche issue no one knows about. Yes appointments are costly (though no more than other clinics), but they are worth every cent in my opinion.

Ilona Stegehuis I called to make appointment. The receptionist told me I needed to fill out 3 forms before I could make the appointment. I spent 20minutes filling out the forms, called them back, only to be told I had to wait 9 weeks for an appointment. Well that’s useless to me when I’m in pain now. Perhaps they should have told me about the long wait before I wasted my time completing the paperwork.
