Cath Dennis After 13 yrs of getting eyelash extensions, Ive never incurred so many issues before. The eyelashes were stuck on the inside of my eye lid which caused much pain and irritation. I was in absolute agony. Called my friend who used to do my eyelashes and she couldnt believe what she saw. My eyelashes had glue half way up them. I would highly recommend not going to Kamal for any service. My eyes are extremely inflamed and will take at least a week to recover. She destroyed my natural lashes which may not recover. This is one of the worst experiences of my life. The pain was that severe that I was shaking.

They are the cleanest/hygienist salon, they have the most beautiful friendly staff who take complete pride in all of their work so you know you will always be happy and they are amazingly priced! Previous Details The customer service was great, lovely girls and great looking interior. I got sns done and 6 of my nails came off after 5 days. The girls offered to fix but had only 15 mins to fix 2 nails, I decided not to go through with it as by the time I finished work another 4 fell off. I had sns before multiple times and wore it until they grew out, 3 to 4 solid weeks(working, gardening, swimming etc). Quite disappointed and wont be coming back.

Bella Thomas Went to get my nails done but they totally botched my nails. If you know you can’t do nail design just tell me at the beginning so that we don’t waste each other’s time, i would’ve just picked a different colour and no design. Very upset. Never going there again. You need upfront about what you are capable of.

Jordan Green First time getting nails done at opal, will not go back. I had removal of nails and shellac put on. Person doing service was watching phone while doing nails, was dirty and had black gunk under their nails and proceeded to use their nails to tidy mine up. Salon had foul odor and equipment was old and dirty (only noticed dirty tools when it was to late). *Please up keep hygiene infection control standards.
