Jessica Miller Highly recommend Jubilee Lashes! Hieu is amazing and has completely transformed my lashes. I used to get extensions and then switched to eyelash perms, but I was never fully satisfied. My lashes would drop quickly, the treatments would sting, and I felt like they were damaging my natural lashes. Since going to Hieu, my lashes look and feel so much better. The lift lasts, there’s no irritation, and I don’t even need to wear mascara anymore. It’s made my mornings so much quicker. I’ve already booked my next appointment—so happy I found her!

Isobel Murphy I was recommended by my best friend to try Jubilee, and I’m so glad I did! I had a hybrid set done two weeks ago and came in today for my touch-up. The retention was really good, and the lashes still felt super light and comfortable the whole time. The technician was gentle and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My lashes are now looking full and fresh again—just how I love them! Highly recommend Jubilee if you’re after quality lashes and great service.

I like that Suzannah is not about just aesthetically fixing an issue but fixing the root of the problem itself. She is able to do so with her rehab knowledge and understanding how tissue works. Kimmee Brooks Bought some Pure Fiji products from Fiji on my honeymoon and love it. I was running out and found Natashas Skin Spa stocked the product that I use. I ordered 2 bottles online and paid for them and got my tracking number. The product was addressed correctly but got delivered to the wrong address…..well done Aust Post. I contacted Natasha and her team and they got onto Aus Post straight away. In the meantime, Natasha resent me my products that I had bought but in the meantime, the original product that I ordered arrived. I contacted Natasha and informed her and told her that when the second lot of product arrive I would return it to her. I returned the second lot of product to when it arrived. I was so impressed with her/their customer service. They kept in contact with me to make sure that I was aware to where my products where. I could not be happier.....not only with my product but with the way the situation was handled. I was disappointed with the wrong delivery address but with the way Natasha and her crew handled it, they have me as a customer for life!!! Thanks Natasha and crew,,,,,you guys are legends! xx

Foodie Gal Updated review: I had a needling session with a different therapist this week, Athraa and it was such a great experience. Athraa had great needling technique and really took her time to ensure she covered all areas, checking in with me to see how I was going throughout. Her aftercare was great too, it didn’t feel rushed and I was able to really relax. I can and will happily see Athraa again for treatment! Original review: I have been going to Natasha’s Skin Spa for a few weeks now for skin needling to treat my acne/acne scarring and my experience has been nothing short of luxurious. The clinic is beautifully organized with neat displays of products, low volume relaxing music playing, a clean fresh aroma being diffused and a delicious complimentary tea on arrival. The treatment bed is so cosy and comfortable which makes the needling experience so much more enjoyable. During my needling sessions my therapist Natasha explained every step she took, answered any questions I had and educating me on how to achieve the best results outside of my needling sessions. I left feeling empowered to better manage my skin, something I’ve never been able to do on my own. There was also no hard sell or pushiness to buy expensive products which was a breathe of fresh air. I look forward to continuing treatment with Natasha and cannot recommend this clinic enough for anyone wanting to improve their skin or for anyone wanting to simply indulge in a luxurious experience.

Cecilia Hokki The lady who did my SNS French manicure was very kind and nice, which I really appreciated. However, the technique was not up to standard, and the results were disappointing. I paid the full price but left feeling unsatisfied and eager to leave quickly. I feel bad leaving this review because of her kindness, but unfortunately, the quality of the service means I won’t be returning.

Sanya Mehta As what others are saying - Quality is just not great. The lady who did mine was sweet, but there was a lot of miscommunication. I saw her putting nails on me that just went sideways but i wanted to trust her process. I said something later but she just would dismiss me , assuming i m talking about nail shape ( square or coffin ) the nails were going left. I didnt want to be rude and talk loudly. I sat there with those crooked nails. Paid the price of being nice. The girl who came next to me, did talk loudly and showed her how her nail was also pasted really badly ( pointing left ). I wish i could say it as loud as her but it’s hard to do that without being rude. We did fix up some of the nails but couple r still going left. I paid 55$ for sns. I am posting this as others should know!

Nazanin Azizi Very Disappointing Experience I recently had my nails and toes done at this salon and unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed. The service was not only time consuming, but it was also clear that the staff didn’t really know what they were doing. At one point, they even hurt two of my fingers while doing my nails, which made the whole experience quite unpleasant. On top of that, I felt like I was being overcharged for a service that didn’t meet basic expectations. I honestly felt like I’d just been rubbed off. I won’t be going back and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others. Very unsatisfied.
