Miss Page I have been going to Theodora’s Beauty since 2018 for lash extensions. In that time I have moved twice and I’m still coming back for my lash refills! The reason? Theo. She provides a professional and friendly service in her studio and I wouldn’t have my lashes done anywhere else. I have received so many compliments over my natural and stunning looking lashes over the years. If you are considering taking the step into lash extensions I couldn’t recommend Theo highly enough!!

All the other ladies were so nice, definitely a great experience, didn’t take as long as I thought it would (ombré brows) and sherry was really helpful with the after care. Definitely will be going back as it’s recommended to come for a touch up after a month and will be getting a facial as well.

Thy Ly I am very happy with my new eyebrows. Was a bit scared at first as this was my first time getting them done but Azin made me feel at ease. I didn’t have to purchase any numbing cream beforehand as she provided all that and the cream was doing the job marvellously as I didn’t feel the usual pain associated with tattooing. Not only she was friendly and nice, she was very good at her job. I would highly recommend her for any eyebrow work.

She provided regrowth advise with colour selection to ensure I knew what maintenance I would need to keep my eyebrows looking great for the long term so I could make an informed decision on what colour would be best for me. She matched her microblade stokes to the length of my eyebrows hair to blend my eyebrow hair seemlessly. L C Had the worst nail experience I’ve ever had at this place. The staff were very unpleasant and unprofessional particularly two of them who were speaking very rudely in front of me to each other. I had a design that I wanted for my birthday and I showed them the design before I sat down (which was a French nail design). They said that they could do this. They completely messed up the shape, design, and colouring which led me to need to get it taken off. I wanted square nails and had coffin nails done. I am not usually one to complain about anything but the nails were so different to what I wanted. They said that the reason they couldn’t do this design like the picture I showed was because they didn’t have the right colours and that I would need to go elsewhere if I wanted this exact design, yet they told me that they could do this exact design at the beginning. They then charged me the full amount even though I left with incomplete nails and blamed me for not liking any of the colours. They never apologised for there errors and made me pay the full amount (which was a lot of money). Overall the most uncomfortable and negative experience I have ever had.

Soula K Worst experience in my life. They were rude and unable to deliver to a design of nails shown on insta. Nails were not finished when they acknowledged they couldn’t replicate the French nail design. I was forced to pay for a service that was not delivered even after arguing for 15 minutes. I ended up going to another salon. Bad experience. Waste of money and time I won’t be returning.

Nerise Mourelatos I was hesitant to return after my last experience here, but out of desperation, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed and overcharged. I requested a cut, buff, and polish on my toes and was charged $50. I was charged extra to remove existing shellac, something I believe should be included in the service, as it’s necessary for the job. I paid an extra $10 for a French finish, which only took them an extra few minutes to do. This usually costs me $35-$40 at other salons. Upon payment, I noticed that a full pedicure costs $55. It would have been nice if they’d mentioned I could get the full service for just $5 more! To make matters worse, the technician who worked on one foot didn’t feel confident enough to complete the other, so a different person finished it. The results didn’t match, and when I pointed it out, the technician sighed and acted like I was causing a major inconvenience. I wasn’t the only one unhappy, another customer also complained while I was there about pricing discrepancies and had proof of an agreed rate, yet they still charged her more. Overall, the staff were rude and visibly frustrated throughout the appointment. I feel this salon is more interested in overcharging customers than providing quality service. I won’t be returning.

Kat Gabrielle Absolutely devastated I dropped in to just have my gels removed. The girl put some kind of acid on my nails instead of removing w acetone. I told her several times it hurt and now my naturally long strong nails are weak and I have had to cut them off. She charged me too despite I left half way thru due to the pain of the acid on my nails. Disgusted with the service !!!!

Qian YE Today, I took my 4-year-old daughter to this nail salon to get Christmas nails done and experienced unprecedented discrimination. I completely understand that nail salons are busy on Christmas Eve. We waited for about 30 minutes after entering, and one staff member started doing nails for both my daughter and me. During this time, I observed four Western children getting their nails done, with the staff patiently applying polish and using the curing lamp for them. We initially informed the staff that I wanted SNS nails and my daughter wanted Shellac in the same color as mine. The staff member hurriedly worked on my nails, and when I went to wash my hands, she went to serve another customer. I waited at my seat for a long time before she returned to finish applying the top coat. At this point, I asked her to start on my daughter’s nails, as she had already been waiting for an hour and a half. The staff member directly said that the color was not available for children, without even attempting to find it. I then said, “Alright, let’s pick another color.” My daughter chose a mix of gold and silver. The staff member, visibly impatient, began applying the polish. She was so rushed that she pushed my daughters left hand under the curing lamp before even finishing the polish. This behavior was entirely different from how she treated the four Western children earlier. It took her only 3 minutes to apply the polish and then she walked away, telling us to use the curing lamp. While I seated next to my daughter to help, she rudely came over, turned off the lamp, and said, “Alright, it’s done. You can go now.” My daughter, who had waited an hour and a half, received a rushed 3-minute polish job and a 3-minute curing session—6 minutes in total of rough, dismissive service. I was thoroughly angered. When paying, I addressed the staff members attitude with the owner. The owner seemed completely indifferent, repeatedly asking if there was something wrong with my daughter’s nails, completely avoiding the issue of the staff’s attitude. She offered a $10 discount, but I told her it wasn’t about the money. If I’m paying the same amount, I deserve the same level of service. I’ve been in Australia for 18 years and speak fluent English. This is the first time I’ve encountered such blatant racial discrimination, and ironically, it happened in a nail salon owned by Vietnamese people. It’s absolutely absurd.

SDM ENT My thumb was dripping with white paint and they got the blue colour on my hands As you can see the refernce(the first photo) and the one they did on my hand, they look nothing alike. I don’t like it at all. I am never coming back.

Asmr Lover I get my nails done here all the time. I’ve been going since I was a teenager and I love to say that these people are willing to do my nails properly. I was treated like a client and not a teenager who just wants some sloppy nails. They’re kind and take their time in doing the nails. Always correcting mistakes and asking if i’m happy with the service. The woman who has long hair and gorgeous lashes is always so kind and open to hearing what I want to be done to my nails.
