Olivia Maree This was my first time seeing Yaya and she made me feel so comfortable :) She explained a couple of options for me and we decided together which would be best. It was a nice relaxing experience. Very happy with the result, brows will last a long time and lashes are amazing, can’t believe they’re my own lashes!

Madeleine Dupuy Yana is currently working on my laser tattoo removal. I’ve had 2 sessions. She is very calming and goes at your own pace. She makes you feel safe and stops if you need as we know it is an uncomfortable procedure. Overall I have felt very supported by Yana during the experience. It was very reasonably priced compared to other places I checked. Yana provided after care and was very knowledgeable about laser tattoo removal. One of my tattoos already started to fade after the 1st session! Couldn’t recommend Yana and Only Lashes Beauty Bar enough. Very excited to see the results after a few more sessions!

Sabah B Windy is the only lash technician I trust to do my lashes. I always receive compliments about my lashes every time I get them done! She is extremely gentle at her work and makes sure I am comfortable. I’m always happy at the end result as she makes my lashes fluffy and as light as a feather. She also does coloured lashes which she blends in perfectly. 100% recommend windy she is the best at her work!

I wanted to be able to walk out of the house feeling confident without having to put make up on, which is why I choose the natural lashes. Windy has always exceeded my expectations. Caleb Leow I had my first perm experience at SUA Hair Studio, and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I came in without much knowledge about perms or suitable hairstyles, but after calling them, they communicated everything clearly and managed to book me in for the same day. I was worried my hair might be too short for a perm, but they did an absolutely perfect job and made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. anchal aggarwal I waited almost. 1.5yrs to decide whether I shall get beach waves done or not and finally this place did all the justice to the most awaited change which I just love it. Noone can doubt their service quality.. just loved their hospitality. My stylist was Misuzu and she knew I wanted and delivered exactly the same with due care and comfort. Rest of my services were dealt by Irene and no doubt she did so good and also explain me after care of my style so well. I would just say this is my new go to place for all my hair treatments and for sure recommend my friends as well.

Russell Natalie (Lifeandotherthings.) Please don’t go here. Nicole was so dismissive to me as a customer and it was quite sad to experience what I experienced today. I went in store today to try and find some new brow products and possible Complexion products. I waited by the brow section and was served by Nicole who let me know I’d be next as soon as she was done with a customer to which I agreed. Nicole then approached me and I told her I wanted to try colours for some of the brow pencils. She immediately said I’d be colour 6, to which I responded in shock and quickly declined as I already knew 5 was quite dark on me. I had an expectation that the sales assistant would then offer to try other possible colours to match my eyebrows and skin tone. However, Nicole then proceeded to throw the pencil onto the table and said fine okay then, and went to serve another customer. No explanation or even a goodbye. I did not expect such a rude and dismissive service from Nicole just as a customer who needed assist in picking some products to suit my shade. I left that store feeling so disappointed, disheartened and discouraged that Nicole did not even offer to find other brow colour products but went to serve other waiting customers even though I had been waiting my turn. I did return later to just try understand why Nicole refused to serve me or offer more colour options and she started arguing with me saying there were other customers waiting, even though I had arrived first. I firmly believe this was wrong, discriminatory and so disappointing.

Heather Molly at Chadstone Myer was amazing. I am 63 and I have found that some brow salons do not go to much trouble because I am older (not old) however Molly took a lot of time and I loved the result. I’m lucky to have thick brows and the result of covering those pesky white hairs along with the care and attention by Molly was lovely. ♥️

Nandy Ashok I originally went in there for highlights and lowlights. She convinced me to get tint and started colouring the hair before even colour consulting or showing me the chart. She charged me $244 for this & claims she consulted me. She made the roots lighter than the mid length! She didn’t tell me my roots were going to be lighter than my mid lengths & didn’t show me the colour she was going to apply before hand. After she started applying it, she tells me there could be a slight colour difference! She’s the professional! She should never have applied it if it was going to look like such a nightmare. Big rip off! Nadine didn’t want to fix it. If she fixed it she said she was going to charge me for it again! She wants to charge me for her mistake. Don’t set foot there. Big rip off!

Nadine has everything a good hair dresser should have. She is courteous, skilled and kind. She took time to study my face cut and suggest the style that suits me. The hair treatment was not just applying the product like most Salons do, but also covering my hair and giving it hot hair so the product actually settles. She didnt charge me any surcharge for long and thick hair..! And best of all, she didnt rush my blow dry when my appointment unexpectedly ran over by a few minutes and other customer had arrived. So professional of you Nadine! Dont let less number of reviews leave you in doubt. She started this salon in October last year and doing an amazing job! Totally worth a try!

M z Obviously the good reviews are fake created by Nadine! Went in wanting foils, booked a week in advance she had the audacity to say to me you have booked it for too late I cannot do it! Must’ve sensed my frustration because she then decided she will! My bad luck! I asked her for foils and a trim! I won’t even begin with the foils, but I did not go in with my hair looking like edwards scissor hands! After reading the reviews it’s evident that she is rather incompetent and does not know what a trim is! Look at the pic and tell me that is a freshly trimmed hair! If I don’t get a full refund I will be escalating this to the consumer affairs as you Nadine are incompetent! for taking money & not even doing half a job!

Samadhi Vithanage Had poor experience at hairhouse. I wanted a toner done in red color and the staff were not able to deliver it. My whole hair is pitch black right now. They wanted me to come back to do highlights later. They said later on that the red I wanted was impossible , why they could not say it beforehand? I would have planned and come for a different appointment then. They charged me the same amount as well. Very very disappointing and upset about the outcome. The staff were friendly but the service was not recommending at all. I’m sorry.

J&J SY Today my daughter had her ears pierced at Chadstone, and it was a truly pleasant experience. I want to give special thanks to the two staff members who were both patient and highly professional. With their combined support, my daughter was able to complete the ear piercing, and she said she barely felt anything during the process. They even gave her a thoughtful little gift as a reward, which was really heartwarming. I highly recommend this place, especially for families looking to get their children’s ears pierced. Strongly recommended!

Maria Ngo The waiting area is small but calming. When you arrive you are offered tea or water. This was my first facial with endota spa and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The massage room was not very spacious but adequate for the purpose. The ambience was soothing and relaxing. I had a most relaxing facial which included a little shoulder and feet massage.

We met Rebecca and she introduced us both to Neve and Jane. They were both polite, friendly and good at their job. They both love their job and are very welcoming to their clients. Rest assured anybody to get a massage here will be well looked after with excellent manners, customer service skills with both time and effort. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Amelia v Got SNS nails w tips. Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. A friend and I went to get our nails done and we are both EXTREMELY unhappy with them. In less than a week my nails have broken, chipped and scratched. The shape is not at all nice. It does not look clean at all. I told the lady multiple times during our session about the bumps on the nails and she spent all of 2 mins and expected me to be happy. I just gave up asking again cause I knew she didn’t care. My friends nails already look grown out, the lady didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. They were constantly distracted. Do not waste your time or money here. Not worth it

Sandali Premaratne I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon today. Just look at my nails— it looks like a 5-year-old did them. I asked for a pearly white colour and picked one from the options, but the technician initially applied a transparent shade and insisted it was the colour I chose. I even pointed out after the first nail that it looked wrong, but she dismissed my concerns, saying the color would show after several coats—which it didn’t. The staff didn’t seem to care about what the customers wanted and spent most of the time talking to each other in their own language, barely understanding what I was saying. For example, I specifically told her not to scrub my little toe because of a wound, but she laughed and did it anyway! After I pointed out the issue with the color, she angrily “fixed” it by sloppily painting over parts of my nails in a rush, as you can see in the picture. She also damaged my cuticle while cutting, causing it to bleed. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here, but I gave them another chance thinking it was a one-off. Clearly, it wasn’t. To top it off, they charged me $70 for this mess—more than the price displayed! I would never return here, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Caitlynn Z Already cracking the next day with SNS. The shapes were really fat, I didnt like them. The lady was not focused the entire time when she did my nails. This is delicate work but her attitude was very perfunctory like she didnt take it serious at all. The edges were peeling already with unevenness. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I wouldnt go back.
