Ramandeep Kaur I came here today at 3:15pm and the door a is locked I had appointment at 3:30pm then I tried calling so many times but no one answered the call. If I come here 2 minutes late then they said we can’t do because you are late and today I am standing here but no one is here at reception. I want my whole money back which I gave in advance.

Nanette Gardner First visit I had a lovely young girl who I had to ask to do the intimate areas even though I had booked a Hollywood Brazilian. Very quick and only minimal coverage. Maybe she was uncomfortable dealing with a 70 year old?
2nd visit -older practitioner who was very thorough. As an older person myself , I felt more comfortable with a more senior practitioner.

The girls are so lovely there and I have already suggested this clinic to my family and friends which already two members want to go now. I’m excited to continue this! Kia, thank you so very much. genevieve chapman Would not recommend this clinic, I have been with laser clinics for 5+ years and never had issues until coming to this store. Staff were extremely unprofessional and not understanding of the situation.
I understand policy’s and procedures, but if a client has been with the organisation for such a long time doesn’t that show for anything?
I have always communicated with the store if I had missed an appointment or was running late. If Im in the wrong I will happily pay for treatments if I haven’t communicated for an appointment, I have done this is the past. But today wasn’t fair,
I got confused with the times I thought it was 12:55pm but it was 11:55am I had a missed call at 12:00pm and called back at 12:05pm to be told it’s fine and to come down within the 10 minutes and they will do the appointment, I was then told on arrival that they have taken my pre paid appointment and to pay another $90 if I wanted treatment today which I couldn’t afford. I explained the missed communication with times and that I was told to come down but there was no acknowledgement only that I would have to pay to have treatment today. I also explained it had been over a month and due to sickness etc I haven’t been able to make the appointment, No acknowledgment was taken.
The 2 weeks before I had to cancel because of covid it was late notice and must have been put on my file that I cancelled last minute not stating it was due to sickness, it was brought up today that I have cancelled last minute the week prior. I have always communicated with the clinic if I was running late or had to reschedule, I have a young child things happen which are out of my hands, I live very close and would normal be able to make an appointment within 10 minutes if I was running late or forgot, a little bit of courtesy would’ve been appreciated. I don’t have a spare $90 x2 or 3 which has been taken by this clinic. I have been left with no treatment, you have gained your $180 and now lost a loyal client.
