Cleo Zhao Liz is an amazing beauty therapist. I started seeing her for lash lifts and that quickly grew to me getting my nail done with her as well. Liz are incredibly talented and have a huge selection of colours and styles. They are very reasonably priced. Every appointment is enjoyable not just because of how relaxing the salon environment is. Its also enjoyable because Liz is just so professional, talented, lovely and genuine. Such an amazing find and I will recommend anyone to try her services out for sure!

Bre B Hayley is one of the best makeup artists I have used. She is so nice and friendly and makes you look flawless without being over the top with her application / heavy in the products. Hayley is very professional, turns up on time and has great communication in talking about what style you are after. I loved the way she helped create the look I was after each time. Chiara S Have had good and not so good experiences here, but ultimately won’t be coming back to this salon. My first two lash lifts here have been great, however my most recent one was over processed, so far to the extent of my bottom lashes also being damaged and curling into my eye. From someone who has gotten lash treatments for 3 years +, I can absolutely appreciate you go into beauty procedures knowing the risks, but the lack of compensation or apology was unfortunate as all I’ve been left with is frizzy lash damage, and have in turn not really gotten the service I paid for, which was already on the expensive side as it is. In addition, I also have a chemical burn to my left lash line. When I came in the next day to ask about it, l I was provided a serum to try and relax it, and the other receptionist in the salon who I spoke to initially was very lovely and apologetic, but I do believe customers should be financially compensated, at least partially, for complications like these as this was out of my hands and a fault on the staff members behalf.

Layla Croce I can’t even put words together to explain the most amazing service I have had with ISABELLA. I have never in my life had a therapist who cares so much about there clients, there job, there work and the outcome of the job they doing. I was recently apart of a bridal party and wanted to book in for a spray tan. When I booked for this spray tan I was overseas and the only way I could arrange a booking was via email which you’d think is usually abit difficult and confusing but, Isabella replied within minutes and was so accommodating to try fit me in on the days that suited ME even if it meant she had to come into work earlier or stay back. With her amazing help via email I booked in my trial snd spray tan for the wedding. During the trial she went into such detail of how to prep my skin for a good tan and what products to use to ensure, come wedding time I get the best result possible. During the lead up to the wedding and prior to the spray tan appointment Isabella called me making sure I was okay with how I was prepping my skin as she knew how much a good tan means to me lol. Come spray tan day she took her time, made sure my tan was even in all areas, asked if I was happy with the colour and if I wanted anything different. She then suggested a moisturiser/ tan extender that the salon sell to help maintain my tan and a whole entire week later my tan still looks so fresh and hasn’t even faded. Isabella called me a few days after the wedding asking how I was, how the wedding was and the outcome of my tan. These days it isn’t easy finding someone who takes there job so seriously and tries anything and everything to ensure the customer is 110% happy with the outcome. I have never ever delt with anyone like this. She is so dedicated, driven, caring and the most amazing kind hearted soul and I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone more. If you need absolutely anything done and with the experience I had please see Isabella. You will not be disappointed.

shweta Mangrole I usually go here and the lady who is generally there and good was not there on this Saturday and there were these girls amongst one who did my eyebrow and was not so skilled I got various cuts and it hurted so much .I was in hurry so left but will complain about the same. as these bruises will be there for whole week or more. Not acceptable.

Red Dorji I went in for a pedicure and I was quite disappointed. I went here thinking its super close to where I live and that it seems to have decent reviews but my polish was all over the place, the lady spend less than 10 seconds scrubbing both the soles of my feet, she didnt clean under my nails so she convinced me to get a coloured polish instead of clear so it cant be seen. I thought Id give them a try because theyre close by to where I live but trust me when I say it isnt worth it. I paid $55 for it. Only reason I gave them a 2 is because the sweet girl who I assume is one of their daughter was very sweet and accommodating.

Jacqueline Praveeta Joseph Today, I went to get both a manicure and pedicure. Initially, they quoted me one price, but while working on my feet, they spoke among themselves in their language, then told me the price was actually $55 instead of the $45 they had mentioned earlier. Since they had already started, I decided to go ahead with it. Although I had made an appointment, they were rushing and told the walk-ins to take a seat, implying theyd get to me soon. The pedicure was fine, but my manicure was a disaster. The technician rushed through it and filed my nails so roughly that she cut the side of my finger, causing it to bleed. I asked for a tissue, but she ignored me. When I told her it was painful and asked her to be gentler, she continued to disregard my request. My nails werent properly done, and she didn’t even bother to clean them. I just wanted to leave so I could get a bandage for my finger. It was the worst experience ever, and I will never return.

Minette Thompson My sister and I had a wonderful experience on Saturday morning. We arrived around 10am and were seen to straight away. Only took about 45 minutes for gel mani and pedi. Very efficient, staff were friendly and accomodating. When they didn’t have the specific colour my sister chose, they came back with two options for her which was helpful. I came away with gorgeous neat nails and fresh feet! A great option for me and my sister “meeting in the middle” between our two homes! Will return again soon!

Sandra Rusin Laura is very unprofessional and would not recommend. I paid for three people for 6 sessions of IPL treatments each, in full $750.00 !!!! My daughter received one session only. She cancels appointments while we are waiting in an empty salon. Promised in several texts to repay some of the money back but still hasnt. Never met anyone that runs their business like this.

The Mumma Loves Just an FYI to everyone - Kara Williams has never attended our salon - we have never met her and Shae Fouracre cancelled numerous times and never responded to us to book in after we tried to make contact. Its very unfortunate to have to experience this level of immature behavior and actions to rectify blatant lies are now being taken. Sharon has been offered a refund due to her daughters medical condition but has never had the time to pick up a cheque as we were very generous and understanding even though refunds are not offered due to change of mind. It would be great if liars kept off social media.

Abigail Goff Have been going to YBG for about a year for IPL treatments. I originally booked with Groupon as a trial because the deal made it so cheap. I found the wholse experience great - the loverly staff are so friendly and easy to deal with and so after my Groupon sessions were all used up I booked several more IPL sessions even though the Salon is 45 mins away from where I live. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Shae Fouracre WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND. I purchased a 10 session pack for IPL followed by a face treatment package Laura insisted on paying in full for. Every appointment was cancelled or rescheduled with as little as 15mins notice after a 30min commute. Laura was extremely unprofessional in her behaviour and often joked about other clients she had treated. She scammed money for an upfront payment then never followed through with the service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Min BAS Went there on Sunday 26/1/25 for a brow threading. The lady who was working there was really unskilled and unprofessional. She barely spoke a word while doing my brows. She ruined my brows and picked my brows hairs out of line leaving my brows looking empty. She even forgotten to do one of my brows top bit (thankfully) . She didn’t even give me a mirror to look at at the end and didn’t even offer a tissue to clean the hair out of my face/eyes. I checked my brows after leaving the salon as she rushed me out, it was very disappointing. I even had scratched under my brows due to bad threading. Never will visit there again!!!

Janina Botezatu This is what happened to my daughter after a full arm of waxing. The beautician was responsible for this, and her excuse was that its sensitive skin and that its just a reaction, not admitting that she was in fact being rough and not doing it properly. Gradually, it began to get worse. I dont recommend this place. ☹️

Janet Tried to book in for waxing, told walk ins only. Walked in had to wait 30mins. When it was finally my turn, during my time the lady left several times to answer the bell at the front desk as she was on her own. She left the wax on me as she did this so when she returned the wax had cooled so my skin dragged as she attempted to strip it back. I was left extremely bruised and sore from my experience. Have been getting waxed for years and never encountered such poor service. I want to support local business but until they allow you to book an uninterrupted appointment AND train staff how to wax properly without injuring the client - I wont be back. If you allow bookings, you can determine how busy you will be and staff accordingly!
