Tejal Mishra We recently visited Dr. Dinesh for my 11-year-old daughter’s dental concerns, and I can confidently say it was one of the best healthcare experiences weve had. Dr. Dinesh came highly recommended by my brother in law, who is himself a dentist in Sydney — and the visit more than lived up to the expectations. My daughter was quite nervous and scared about seeing a dentist, but Dr. Dinesh’s calm and kind manner helped put her completely at ease. He took the time to talk to her, explain everything gently, and make sure she felt comfortable throughout. By the end of the appointment, her fear of dentists had genuinely reduced — something I’m very grateful for. Dr. Dinesh conducted a detailed examination, including an X-ray, and then spent nearly an hour with us discussing not just her dental issues, but her overall health as well. What truly stood out was his holistic approach — in addition to offering clear solutions for her dental problems, he also addressed a long-standing throat infection and sleep apnea that had been troubling her, and suggested a thoughtful course of action for that too. It’s rare to find a professional who combines technical expertise with such genuine care and attention. Dr. Dinesh is clearly passionate about helping his patients in every way possible. I’m incredibly thankful for the care he provided and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist for their child or themselves.

Anne Eyre I had a less than pleasant experience with a previous dentist that led me to not going for a number of years and being edgy about finding a new clinic and Dentist. I was a bit unsure if the clinic was right for me as only looking for checkups and maintenance. But that was soon sorted after a phone call! From my first visit earlier this year to Crowns etc since, its been such a positive experience. Dr Krina is so fantastic. I cant speak highly enough of her! She is so calming, caring and gentle. She explains every move of any procedure as we go and is encouraging. Patient comfort is such a priority. Jo is great on reception too. Its so nice to be welcomed by name when walking through the door. My next checkup appointment is made and I will be there without hesitation!

SD N I had to get a complicated procedure done as an emergency and the staff at Dental Care Today helped me in under 24 hours with no questions asked. They were patient, kind, caring and very sensitive towards my needs and requests despite the short notice to have the emergency procedure. Sophia was extremely skilled in performing the procedure so I felt safe and secure. She was kind and reassuring, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. A special thanks to Eddie who assisted me in getting all the necessary xrays and things beforehand so I was ready for my procedure. Eddie was patient with my questions and very thorough. This is truly a team made up of wonderful doctors and practice managers who truly care for their patients. Most importantly, the staff speak different languages and are very aware of patients cultural and personal needs as well as where they come from. This is very rare but so wonderful to know. She explained everything clearly and handled the procedure so smoothly—it was over before I knew it! She’s honestly amazing at what she does. Annette Sayers Ive been coming here for years based on a friend recommendation however Ill be going elsewhere after my experience today. I chipped my tooth ever so slightly and went into have it polished as it wasnt large enough to fill. First appointment of the day and I was kept waiting for 20 mins in reception. After polishing the chipped tooth, while there in the chair I asked if they had time to do a clean and check one back tooth as it felt like it might had a whole in it. I was astonished how brief the procedure was 30 mins in and out. The suction hose sucked on my gum so many time and very ineffective, all the excess polish was swallowed. I wasnt given a glass of water to rinse my mouth on completion and the excess water all over my face was just no acceptable. All this left me completely perplexed. I have never had such a poor dental procedure in my life. What adds to my disappointment is the addition charge for checking one teeth. $302 for 30 min service, and still have discomfort and sharp edge on the chipped tooth.

Joan Searles I saw Dr Raindeep last year for myself, my husband and my two sons and my daughter. I used to be a Dental Nurse for 17 years and have worked for a dental agency for 18 months working for many dentists when their permanent staff were on holidays or sick. This took me to dental surgeries from Melbourne, all over the eastern suburbs. I am retired now due to my age. I found it difficult to find a dentist, after one of my former bosses died. I feel so comfortable with Dr. Raindeep. I have now found that person in Dr Raindeep. She is careful, kind, thorough, results orientated and a talented dentist. Her small hands really help her to do the intricate work that is needed inside the mouth. I am so great full for her skill in cosmetically improving my smile. Thank from the bottom of my heart Raindeep.

Jack Bremner I simply have to share how fantastic Dr. Raindeep at Angel Dental in Forest Hill is. I came in at 10:00 in the morning to have a badly infected molar removed. I was out at 10:35. Having never had a tooth removed, I was pretty stressed. After filling out a quick form I was in the chair within a few minutes. Dr. Raindeep was wonderful. She was gentle, caring and empathetic and the procedure was completely painless. I didnt even feel the needle for the anaesthetic. After taking an X-ray of my problem tooth she fully explained what was going on inside the tooth and clearly explained my options. I elected to remove it. As I mentioned, the entire procedure was without pain. Dr. Raindeep talked me gently through every step of the procedure with positive and encouraging words and had the tooth out in no time. She really managed my stress levels well. So, the whole session from filling out a form, X-raying the tooth, administering the anaesthetic, removing the tooth, organising a prescription for pain medication and the payment process took just over 30 minutes. And it only cost $456.00 (7/2/2024). And if all that isnt recommendation enough, theres one more thing. After the anaesthetic had worn off I had absolutely no pain at the extraction site. Dr. Raindeep managed to remove the tooth so gently and so smoothly that there was no pain at all after the anaesthetic had worn off. I have not needed so much as a Panadol since the procedure. What an awesome job. I HIGHLY recommend Angel Dental. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Raindeep. Thank you so much. Jack.

Kimmi Having experienced massive trauma from previous dentists (multiple), I was recommended Angel Dental by the surgeon who did my Wisdom Teeth (who was my first experience of a dentist that cared). Ever since, Ive been coming to Angel Dental for years and even with the change of dentists over the years, Ive never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend coming here, especially if youre not a fan of going to the dentist. Everything is laid out clearly, anything youre going to get done can be quoted before hand so you know how much youre going to pay and every step of the way when getting check ups and so forth, Im told in advance what may happen which is wonderful.

Sam Lockey Total mess around. Transferred because my doctor was moving there from another clinic. Took me 5-6 phones calls to get my medical records transferred and kept getting told I would receive a call back about this. Then I had my appointment this morning and was told I would get my Medicare rebate automatically and immediately. Chased it up as it hadn’t come through only to be told it can take 24-48 hours (it was immediate at my last clinic). Only going here because I have a good relationship with my existing doctor……hopefully they will move again soon so I don’t have to visit this place again.

Yin Fang My husband had a blood test done on 29 May, and the doctor advised that the results might be available the following day. On 30 May, he drove to the clinic—despite being very unwell—hoping to get some clarity. What followed was completely unacceptable. When he spoke to the receptionist, she told him that they were unable to check whether the results were available and that he would need to book an appointment with the doctor to find out. This raises a serious issue: how can anyone be expected to book and pay for a medical consultation without knowing if there are any results to discuss in the first place? When this valid question was asked, the receptionist simply shrugged and raised her arms in a dismissive gesture, showing zero empathy or concern. This attitude—especially towards someone who is visibly ill—is not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful. The fact that reception staff are not allowed to check or confirm whether test results are available is an outrageous policy that puts unnecessary stress on patients and delays critical care. But what made this experience even worse was the rude, careless, and completely indifferent attitude of the receptionist. Her body language and facial expressions made it clear that she could not have cared less about the situation or my husbands wellbeing. This clinic needs to seriously re-evaluate its procedures and customer service standards. Patients deserve better—especially when they are sick, vulnerable, and just trying to get the help they need.

Jess B I stopped coming to this doctor awhile ago as the wait times were long, reception staff unfriendly and doctors were complacent and seemingly didn’t care. However today I had an exceptional experience. The young receptionist was very kind and friendly. She booked me in for an appt with the first available doctor - only a 20 minute wait time. I was seen by Dr Peggy who was very thorough, professional and helped me with what I needed. Pharmacy staff were also very informative and friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Delightfully surprised with my experience here today, thank you!
