I was worried about spending/doing too much at once, but he didnt pressure me at all - and I rebooked instead to spread out the slight financial heartache I would have incurred. That said, theyre very affordable. Good prices for what they do.

Andrew Ford I have been seeing Dr Snell senior and junior on and off for 40 years, so when you are presented with a new guy you have your suspicions up. Well Dr Theja delivered and then some. Young and cool, he gives you the best advice and has a great personality. I thought I had a major problem but he fixed it in no time with little pain and didn’t gave me a special rate as it was my birthday! Then they gave me heaps of samples for my issue and sent me on my way happy. Exceptional service and I know I will be back for another 20 years for myself and the kids.

Bruce Webster I have had a discoloured, stunted tooth for practically all my adult life. I asked Dr Rob Aurelio if he could do anything about it and he said he could. After enduring this eye-sore of a tooth for so long, I was amazed that after half an hour in his surgery, Dr Aurelio had given me a fantastic looking tooth that is exactly the right shape and colour, and complements my other teeth. Unknown to me, the tooth was also decayed, so that was fixed, giving me a double victory. I am still smiling!

Another orthodontist practice was unwilling to see me for what may be a once-off consultation even though I was willing to pay. Thankfully, Adam came to my rescue and was happy to see me. Adam and his team were very friendly and helpful. He explained my options in detail and provided useful advice. I would definitely return in the future if I have any other orthodontic needs.

Arranging the appointment, scans and coordination with my dentist was very easy, his practice is responsive and great to communicate with. Jazba S Dr Sushma and her assistant Grace are absolute angels. I woke up this morning with a terrific pain in my wisdom tooth and an aching throat. When Grace heard of the situation, she explained it could be an infection and reassured me that even though Dr Sushma wasnt in, she was going to call her back to the office because of the nature of the situation. I was seen within 2 hours of my phone call, thoroughly checked and given treatment- with everything explained to me very clearly and with a lot of empathy (she could see I was nervous). After I went to get an x-ray, Dr Sushma called me immediately upon seeing the results to give follow up advice- this was on a Friday evening when she wasnt even in the office anymore! I can not thank Dr Sushma and Grace enough for their kindness, promptness and professionalism. I felt like I was in very capable hands the whole time and I highly recommend their services!

I have dental anxiety, and sensory difficulties when it comes to the dentist, which results in avoidance. To take a 4.9 rating to a 5 - I recommend Heidelberg Dentist receive professional development training on how to provide person-centred care if someone is evidently having a panic attack in the chair, which I did during my last appointment with them. As a practitioner myself, person-centred care the most important factor in providing gold standard care. Thank you for everything.

Natalie Louise First appointment dentist found I needed fillings. I then re booked however found out I was pregnant. Severe morning sickness for MONTHS and high risk. Once I was better I came back to get some fillings done. He got quite upset with me. Mate wasn’t a priority I’m vomiting daily and higher risk. My teeth were not a priority my unborn child was. Clearly doesn’t have kids. He said I urgently needed them done. We then moved interstate and went to a dentist to get my teeth looked at. She said there are no concerns with my teeth. No need for the other fillings.

Sarah Sun I visited the Centre for the first time last Mondays and had a positive experience with Dr. Rachel Chan and her assistant, who did a great job. However, there was an issue at the reception when I went to pay. The receptionist, whose name I didnt catch, mistakenly processed my payment under my partners health insurance cover instead of mine. When I pointed out the error, the receptionist insisted she couldnt rectify it and advised me to contact Medibank myself. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with Medibank, who informed me that my partner must first provide consent for them to correct the mistake, followed by emailing statements and receipts for a 10-day processing period. This process seems excessive for a mistake that wasn’t my fault. My partner could lose his benefits, and there could be a potential audit for the provider if Medibank identifies discrepancies. Despite this administrative issue, I still highly recommend Dr. Rachel Chans services, though I suggest checking her availability at other locations besides this Centre.

Scott The best practice Ive been too by far. All staff are patient and accommodating, making you feel comfortable and well looked after and the surgery is always clean and tidy. Ive proved to be a bit of a difficult patient lately and Dr Hong was very patient, explaining everything to me clearly and helping to try and find a resolution to my problem.

Henry Albert Gonelli I was able to an appointment the next day after ringing. The pain wasnt a cracked filling. The teeth were cleaned and it was just an exposed part of the tooth normally covered by the gum. Everything was rectified in under an hour Fantastic and friendly service, as usual

Im very fortunate to have had limited issues with my teeth, probably due to the preventative approach Nick takes! Each visit is pleasant; its like catching up with an old friend. His team are friendly and efficient. The appointments always run to time. Text reminders about upcoming appointments are useful and he also offers some after hours appointments; helpful given I work full time and cant attend during daytime hours.
