Liudmyla Iakovets While I appreciate Sunny’s professionalism and gentle approach, I’ve noticed an issue with the curling technique used. The lashes tend to curl inward excessively, forming a full circle, which unfortunately makes them appear shorter and touches the eyelid. This has happened on both occasions that I tried the treatment. Each time, I found myself waiting for the lashes to grow out to regain their normal appearance.

Melissa I had sns done less than a week ago and 30% of my nails have already cracked and broken due to how thin the nails were filed before and after SNS application. The shop is quite out of date, but regarding the service, I had asked the man who did my nails to allow the acetone to soak longer (than the 2 mins he left it on) so he didn’t have to just file it off with my nail with it. He ignored me and said it wouldn’t make a difference how long they soaked. My nails became so thin and uncomfortable and hot during the service, and hurt for 48 hours after it was done. I have been doing my nails for about 12 months in another location and I haven’t had this problem before and they always last 3-4 weeks. Based on the experience I wouldn’t recommend.

peewee I just had my nails done by Emma- she made sure I was happy with the shape at every stage, and let me change the colour after she had done the full set. It was also incredibly cheap!! I recommend going here as all the other staff seemed lovely too. I overhead that some of the staff were going away so I hope they have a great trip!

Karrah Smith Before coming I read the reviews and thought I’ll give it a go, I’ve moved to the area from the peninsula so despite to find a salon as good as my one back down there, I booked in for sns nails and a pedicure. The lady doing my nails name was Emma, she got snappy at me for pointing out the parts I had said I wasn’t happy with 3 times and then wouldn’t speak to me, I felt so uncomfortable and I’ve walked out feeling so unhappy and I HATE MY NAILS. The other two ladies in there had better experience than me, One had a pedi for a the whole time I was there while mine was done in 10 mins So it might just be Emma, If you do go try to get in with the husband or wife. Personally wouldn’t go back.

And I see Nicole for my lash lift and tint and they always come out so so so good, constantly getting compliments. She is also so lovely and easy to chat to during the appointment. Waxed is always my go to for any beauty needs, love love love the people.

She is extremely thorough and is a perfectionist. She always runs to time and provides great advice beauty treatments and services at Waxed. She is very client centric and has a great friendly personality that makes you feel at ease during your treatment. I only come to Waxed because of her.

Adeline Dea Simone is fantastic, I got my lash lift and tint done almost a month ago. She used a new product for the tint that was a type of dye. Youll have to ask her about it because its an absolute game changer for me. My tint is still going strong and Im still feeling fabulous even after this amount of time. Plus my lashes dont feel as effected and they still feel healthy and soft. Fantastic and well looked after service. Plus the salon is always clean and well maintained. 10/10

Suz Stone My feet so soft my pedicure today! The owner, William, who helped did my pedicure today, was very skilled and gentle, taking his time to ensure every detail was just right. He even massaged included a massage of my feet and calves. Great experience. Very relaxing environment. I will definitely be back. 5 stars!

Thanks to the owner and staff allowed us to pray and not being racist to us. Really respect!! Just one problem, maybe you can properly wash the towels or change it because its smell armpit and not nice. One last thing the owner told us “ if u call me to make a booked, please let me know you are female assist. Because i am only the man here “ thanks for being nice to us!!

suzanne smyth Very disappointing experience..I brought my mam an niece thinking it would of been a relaxing morning. We booked in for the head spa an massage. The massage was nothing more than a rub the facial was just constantly patting of the skin on face and head was just constantly been rubbed back and forth not a massage at all. No communicating what so ever but constantly speaking loudly among themselves and changing positions and also lots of long pauses. They were not professional at all and didnt even seem to know how to do a blow-dry. Should not be advertising these treatments with very inexperienced staff. My mam had the male masseuse and she seemed to have a better experience than me an my niece with the two ladies.

Willow Ziguras Do not go here. Terribly done nails, really sloppy work. I pointed it out multiple times during the service and came back the next day to complain, staff said were extremely rude and refused to fix it. Would never get my nails done here again, will have to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Nuttida Prasert Very disappointed in the service. I paid $137 for this. I asked for a lighter burgundy shade for my hands and a darker burgundy shade for my toes, they mixed up the colors. Also the ombré has bubbles in it. This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had and will not be returning. Staff were friendly and polite but this is a complete rip off. 2 hours in the chair only to return home with so much disappointment.

Abigail Judycki I had a great experience once a few months ago and have been back 3 times since and my experiences just got worse and worse. Service feels rushed, they filed my real nails down so much it was painful. When I commented on a mistake on one of the nails they said it was because of the shape of my real nail. I’ve been getting my nails done for years now and never had a wonky shaped nail ever. They also started talking between staff in their own language as soon as I pointed out the nail that looked really off. And to finish it off my nails and fingers are always full of sns residue, they don’t ever bother cleaning it properly. Don’t recommend this place.

Jasma Sutaria My daughter and I walked into the salon without an appointment on Sunday at 4pm. Chow welcomed us and requested us to wait for 10mins and patiently did my daughters french shellac for her graduation next day; even though it was past closing down. My daughter loved it. Next day I went and also got my nails done and a staff name Tee did my french nails too. Clean place, professional and best attitude from all the staff. I would highly recommend.

Lis M Ive been coming here to get the TAP Hybrid Gel done on my nails for at least the past 7 months and the experience has always been excellent. TAP lasts on my nails for 4+ weeks with very little chipping or lifting and its the only product that allows my nails to grow strong. I used to be a builder gel disciple before TAP but I love how long TAP wears on my nails (and Im rough with my hands on the day-to-day). If anyone is considering trying something new, Id recommend to try their TAP products

Chau is amazing at what she does and always makes sure they look perfect before leaving. Best to book ahead as they can get busy.

But Hairhouse does my hair exactly the way I want (I am very specific about cut and foils) and Ive always been happy. Ive been going here for a few years now and I personally recommend them to all of my friends. Definitely recommend!!!

ciara stewart I had a lash lift and tint done here a few weeks back and my lashes were ruined from bad practice. 4 weeks have passed and they are still curving in many different directions, getting worse as they grow, some jagged and slightly singed lashes also. I had really long and full lashes so all I needed was a slight curl in them but now I have to wait another month or so before they even start to look a bit normal again (I hope). Very disappointed and I would not recommend a lash lift. On the up side, the ladies were really nice when I called to tell them and they gave me my money back so customer service was A+ so that is why I am not giving 1 star.
