Keith’s Harper The after sales service for repairs are totally worthless and disgraceful We put a battery pin gun in for service 29th January - 28th February Had the experience of being charged $45 as well Had to call store to find out ETA on pin gun After a few calls of tracking it’s status They told me it needed a new pin replacement at $225.00 Not even looked at by repair company as gun hadn’t been opened up This is not the first time but it will be the last Get another repair company they are damaging your company Update 3/3/25 We put the pin gun into Geelong Tool repair company Monday at 9am and picked up at 10.30 am and gun fixed ! Needed an adjustment No charge! All Tools be accountable !
