Sheridan Hukin I just had my first Japanese head spa experience with Lauren, and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, it was 90 minutes of pure bliss — the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. The products were divine, and every part of it — the massage, hair wash, facial, and steaming — was beyond amazing. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend!

Kathryn Thomas Belinda makes a special effort, including finding a way to make my preferences into a fab look. She is fun, kind and caring. I took her advice during a late car trip after my hair appointment, which meant clipping my damp hair up on top of my head. Uncomfortable over the bumps but when I arrived and removed them my hair was the best! Her experience just shines. Thanks Belinda.

I don’t know how she did it but she did such a great job! I was so impressed! Ebony is also a lovely person and so warm! Plays great music and is someone you can trust to do an amazing job with your lashes or brows or whatever it may be. Ebony also fit me in when I forgot to press submit when booking my second appointment for the day before my mums 60th birthday party. Wild Romantic Photography Jacqui is an absolute weapon! Her bubbly and vivacious personality makes the whole experience so much more fun. After my brows were butchered, I spent 10 months growing them out, and Jacqui was the only person I trusted to fix them. She carefully listened to my needs and concerns, making the process both seamless and enjoyable. And to top it off, she even treated me to some lollies. Yay! Thank you for making my brows perfect. Lisa Thomassen Jacqui did my eyebrow tattoos and whilst I was very nervous she put me at ease with her bubbly personality and made me comfortable so I couldn’t feel the tattooing. My tattoos are 4 years old now and people still comment on them and ask me where I got them done. The shape is incredible and suit my face perfectly. The ink has retained in my skin so well and I’m still so happy with them! Jacqui has an amazing eye for symmetry and face shape and will give you the best brows you’ve ever had! Highly recommend

For something that can be quite unnerving for some people, Sylvia is very professional and provides an incredibly positive experience!

She was informative, the area was clean and professional, she asked questions, shes a funny sweet woman clearly dedicated to giving you a good experience and service. The bed was soft and comfortable, I couldve fallen asleep, there was a movie playing, Sylvia was very thorough and I couldnt have been happier with what I got. Lauren Dimovski I have been visiting Urban Hair and Beauty for over 10 years now and can’t speak more highly of the wonderful service and my hair speaks for itself. I receive compliments on my colour, cut and hair health all the time, even from other hair dressers. The owner Adnan single handedly does all the hair colours and cuts and he takes so much pride in his work, never letting a client leave the salon unhappy. He’s an absolute magician and so knowledgeable of all the latest products. And not to mention, the BEST blow wave in town!

Kimmy B For the second time I requested a gift voucher for spa treatments here as a gift and for the second time I had a wonderful experience. Zoe was professional and lovely throughout my three treatments, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I smudged my toe polish when I was leaving and Zoe insisted on fixing it up for me before I left even though it was all my fault! My skin is feeling amazing and I didn’t experience any sensitivity or redness after my treatment which I was so happy about! Thank you Zoe for a fantastic spa experience!

Sara Flottl I’m only reviewing the pedicure experience as that’s all I’ve had done here. My treatment was: Foot Bliss Pedicure ($75.00) Shellac Polish Add on ($15.00) Mask Add on ($10.00) Total spend $100 and treatment was 1 hour & 20 min. Excellent and extensive colour range in shellac. Staff super friendly and kind. Unfortunately the pedicure area wasn’t very luxurious. The seats were uncomfortable. Almost like sitting on a train seat. By the end of the treatment I had a sore bottom. And the “basin” where your feet sit in the water was a bit “meh”. No bubbles in there, or mini spa jets to get that hot soak feeling. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations of the treatment itself before hand, I’m not sure. But I was underwhelmed. Everything was fine but I expected perhaps a more luxurious experience. To be bluntly honest I’ve had better pedicures at the cheaper nail salons over at Greensborough plaza which cost less than what I paid at total bliss. My toenails weren’t cut straight and I have 2 that are cut at an angle which looks a little odd now. The shellac curing light doesn’t rest on the foot rest so the poor lady was trying to balance the curing light at same time as paint the other foot’s toenails. It just wasn’t a relaxing experience. The massage part of the pedi was good, but wasn’t really long enough. The extra $10 for the foot mask wasn’t really worth it for me. Overall, the employees were super lovely, so I feel a little guilty for the 3 star rating. But from a pedi perspective I would recommend spending less money and still getting a more luxurious experience across the road at any of the nail salons at Greensborough plaza. I will be back to total bliss though for my next facial or skin treatment as I’m sure that will be amazing. Xx

Toni Slater The best facial I’ve ever had . I try around a few different places but always end up back here . The signature facial is unreal . I travel 30 mins just to come here . Staff are incredible and the massage that’s included tops it off. So many places I’ve been to a they leave and walk out of room when your mask is on or the steam. Not here , stay with you the whole time , no talking and it’s just pure relaxation.

Sidonie Moore Had a spray tan booked for my engagement party, I received a call the morning of my appointment and was advised it was cancelled due to someone calling in sick. No help to find an appointment at an alternative salon, was told I had to do that myself. I stressed that this was for a very special event and an alternative needed to be found however did not receive much care to the fact. Very stressful - day before my own engagement party being left to find a last minute spray tan, extremely upset. Wont be booking here again!

I booked my appointment 6 weeks in advance, my appointment was at 6:40 and I arrived at 6:45 PM ( yes 5 mins late ), and was told my session was canceled . Instead, they offered me for 8:00 PM, an inconvenient time for me. As a returning customer who always arrives early and even waits patiently for 5-10 minutes, I expected much better treatment. This is unacceptable.

LB M Pretty disappointed in the quality. Looks fine at first glance but the nail apex hacked into and therefore kind of expect these to snap off in a week or so. They also point upwards and some of the tips have like 3mm gaps to gather some dirt. Just saw someone else had this problem so should have read the review before going here. Did waste my money yesterday.

Laine Phillips Tried them for the first time as Ive just moved, and i need a local salon. It was during their quiet hour or two over lunch. I got sns nails with manicure. My nail arches are completely wrong. The apex is at the very base of my nail bed, making my nails look almost as though they are flicking upwards. I also got a gel/shellac pedicure and upod closer inspection, there is patchiness in the top coat, lumps and marking, even a matte spot, which shouldnt happen if the shellac was properly cured. Im incredibly disappointed. My disability currently makes leaving the house incredibly difficult for me, and to have my nails botched tastes bitter, to say the least.

V C I love their work everytime i come to get my nails done for holidays they do it perfectly. However some feedback would be to make sure all techs are taking their time on their clients as yesterday i walked out of the salon with my thumb nails being so much longer than the other nails, as well as some nails being filed diagonally and skinnier than others. nothing a little bit of filing can’t do but overall great place i reccomenes

Sharp Jasmin (Jas) was so disappointed Moved recently and went here for first time, nails on my right hand wonky and the shape was awful, made my pinky nailbed bleed while buffing told the lady that I wasn’t satisfied, says my nail bed is curved and that she should’ve told me before. Felt very upset with being dismissed and was still charged 70$ I have never had an issue with my right hand and have been getting my nails done fine elsewhere for years Will never come back :(((

Peter Calgaro I’ve been coming here for a while and I just get my toe nails cut and a quick file. I’ve only paid $10. Most of the time they leave sharp edges, where they should of filed back a little, so much to my surprise when I went there recently they asked me for $15, I’m a senior so even an extra $5 was a bit much. When I explained to the rude staff member that I’ve only ever paid $10 she didn’t care she spoke in her language to the guy there and they both said no it’s $15. I explained I only had the $10 but they embarrassed me in front of the other customers. I said I didn’t know it had gone up in price as I wasn’t informed until they cut them. How rude and disrespectful to embarrass me so finally they just took the$10 . I won’t be back ever again, not just because of the $5 rise but how disrespectful they were to me and to embarrass me as well.
