Julie Ellis I receive , monthly facials, weekly full body massages, eye brow threading and facial waxing from Kamal. She has great product knowledge, and gives advice exactly tailored to my needs. Receiving a weekly full body massage from Kamal, recalibrates my body after working a 55 hour week, and prepares me for the coming workload. My skin feels and looks much improved since starting my monthly facials 6 months ago. Another benefit I derive from visiting Kamal, is the general advantage of supporting a local small business.

Paula Jenkins The best massage I have ever had! Kamal’s massage pressure was perfect (she checked a couple of times that I was happy with the pressure), the massage therapy room had a lovely aroma and the music was very chilled & helped to transport me into a very relaxed state. After moving house and unpacking for a week, I had very sore & tired muscles, but I felt so relaxed and tension free after my session. I also had the best nights sleep that night. I was so happy after the session, that I booked in another massage straight away. I can’t recommend Kamal highly enough as a masseuse.

SUSMITHA SHANKAR I went to Youthful Eternal Skin today for a facial. Sue is very professional, learned and experienced skin specialist. She first gave me a detailed consultation before suggesting me treatment, product, the way I should use and benefits. The place is hygenic and the ambience is very relaxing. For every product she used, she explained me the reason behind it. She is a person who really cares about overall skin health. The change in my skin is very noticeable just after first visit. I would recommend Sues services to all. I would like to stress on how interested Sue is towards her profession by stating that my treatment exceeded her opening hours, but she still perfected each and every step.

Pristiana Palupi Sue is a very lovely and experience beautician. She can explained so well. On my first visit, she checked on my skin to ensure the products that she gonna used on my facial session. Jopro I love Rose and Di. I’ve been going here for the past 17yrs. I love it. I get pampered and I get to catch up with their news of their families. They do great cuts and colour and ALWAYS listen to what I need. I’m always welcome and have few laughs. Very professional. Once on a cold day Rose gave me a cup of homemade soup while waiting. They don’t deserve 5 stars because they deserve 10 gold stars. Keep up the good work gals

Jo Earney I love this place. I’ve been going here for 18yrs. I was having trouble combing my hair due to a bad arm injury. I spoke to Diane and she cut my hair short and it’s looks amazing. No more tears trying to brush the bad knots out. I love my new hair style. Diane knows me and understood my problem. I love it so much. It makes me feel younger and has a real spunky look about it. Both Diane and Rose have become my friends and I love catching up with them. I always get the VIP service because they care about their customers. It’s like one big family. Highly recommended.

Panda Paws I would never recommend this place. A hairdressers job is to listen to the client before lopping all their hair off. AND if you get it wrong....apologize and try to empathize. Dont just cast your mistake aside and carry on as it it is nothing. If I could give a negative review I would. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and that includes cheap $10 cuts at Forest Hill. I clearly told the hairdresser that my son wants to maintain his fringe at nose length. Without confirming or checking with myself or my son, she cut all of it off. 8 inches of hair grown over 5 years just gone, with no double checking with anyone. When I told her that I clearly asked to keep the front length to the nose. (6 inches) all she said was "oh I didnt hear that." and that was it. On to the next customer whilst my son was sitting there in tears. No effort to console him or address his concerns. Didnt even tell him it looks good. PS Not charging me for the trauma is not customer service - I would prefer to pay for the service, have the hairdresser listen to what I want, care about what I think and actually leave without having to console anyone.
