She takes hygiene extremely seriously and I know I’m in such goods hands when getting my lashes done, she makes sure the results are aligned with what you want and suits you best. Whenever I get my brows and lashes done I get compliments daily and feel like a literal princess. So natural but amplified and it lasts me well over a month. I recently moved and was not happy with my previous nail salon due to time management and my last few sets felt rushed, bulky and started lifting around the edges easier. I explained my reasons to Lisa and she could not have done a better job, I love how she shaped them, picked a better suited color. I even booked in to get my lashes done the following day and I am so happy with them. I stopped getting them done years ago because I didnt have the patience. G I have been coming here and seeing Sharon for many years. Not once have I ever walked out an unhappy client but always with a big smile on my face. Sharon is so lovely, is great to talk with and very approachable, she actually listens and shows she is interested in what your telling her :) She makes you feel super comfortable and very much at ease. It’s not an instant thing, but over the next few weeks I really noticed the lift and tightening, especially around my jawline and cheeks. It’s quite subtle but definitely noticeable—my skin feels firmer and just more fresh overall. Super happy with the results and the team were lovely too. Highly recommend if you’re after something non-invasive that actually works!

The course was really well-structured, balancing detailed theory with hands-on practical training that gave me the confidence to start offering services right away. Shelley’s attention to detail and high standards made me feel like I was learning from the best in the industry. I walked away with a strong foundation in cosmetic tattooing, as well as the ongoing support I need to continue growing. If youre thinking about getting into this field, I cant recommend this course—and Shelley—highly enough!

Jebowa La Rosa Nick and Shelley at CTM are exceptionally skilled and have helped me to achieve incredible tattoo removal results. Ive had 4 laser tattoo removal sessions over the past 8 months on two very old and stubborn finger tattoos and they are almost completely gone! In the past I have been to two (highly regarded) tattoo removalists and despite 11 sessions, I had no results at all. At CTM, I saw results after just 2 sessions. I believe this is because they use the best available machine coupled with their skills, years of experience and flexible approach. Ive also recently had my old cosmetic eyebrow tattoos successfully removed by Nick & Shelley through a combination of laser and saline removal- I am so pleased with the results and care taken to achieve this result. Beyond this, I love going into their gorgeous studio, being greeted by great vibes and their adorable fur-baby Sugar! By far, the best tattoo removalists in Melbourne and the only I would recommend now.

I walked in for a gel manicure and the technician was very good explaining that my long natural nails can benefit from something that was not offered in UK, the clear base before the shellac. She was very knowledgeable, fast yet soft in her approach to cutting my cuticles that I asked if I could also have a pedicure. For both the manicure and pedicure I was served immediately with no waiting time. The pedicure was equally good and efficiently done. I was impressed how clean the salon is. I would 100 % recommend the salon. I am leaving this review because, being on holiday in St Kilda I didnt know which salon to choose from the many around and I picked the Golden Nail care based on the very good reviews. And they have proven to be right.
