Nam Naam Dr Graham Irving is one of the best dentist I ever came across. My family and I have been visiting him for the last 2 years for regular check ups and minor treatments. He is very friendly, listens carefully and draws attention to any minor issue that could turn major in the long run. He also suggests the best (and reasonably priced) way to address any issue. Even our son, who is not really fond of doctors (and dentists) is not scared of Dr. Irving and not traumatized when we need to visit him. Overall, we are VERY HAPPY with this dentist.

My 9yr old son recently had to have 2 baby front teeth removed. My son was understandably nervous but came out saying I really trust alex & happy to go to the dentist. He has been many times before for 6month check ups, but this was the first big procedure for him. I always recommend Alex & will continue to take my family there. We recently had a minor surgery for an extra tooth extraction in the gum, with local anesthesia. Dr. Alex was incredibly gentle, patient, and polite. Emma Ravensdale I’ve been seeing Dr Raymond for checkups and cleaning for myself and my kids for about a year. I first visited because I couldn’t get into my regular dentist but stayed because he is so lovely and thorough. He makes you feel very comfortable and regularly checks that you are ok during procedures. The clinic is new and clean and all of the reception staff have been wonderful too. I recently started clear aligners with Dr Ray and am so excited with how they are tracking. I have relatively simple corrections and it’s so nice to not have to pay expensive orthodontic overheads when it’s not necessary.

hayley jardine Highly recommend! My very anxious then 7yo required early intervention and it fell during lockdowns. The staff took him in solo and took absolute wonderful care of him. The orthodontic care was next level amazing and the transformation was incredible. We have managed to avoid jaw surgery as a result. We are now starting again with our second child (7yo) and couldn’t think of a better place. Both my children love and adore Dr Lim and her amazing friendly staff making the whole experience very easy on us parents.

Debbi D Ali & Dr Meena have saved the rest of my top teeth after I had a bad infection and lost 3 front top teeth. Dr Meena Crowned the rest of my top teeth to protect them and Ali made a metal top plate with 3 front teeth on it. This plate is fabulous! It is secure & comfortable. I don’t even notice the plate, even when I am eating. Now that it looks like I have a full top set of lovely teeth, I can continue to smile again. Thank you Ali for your gentle, calm personality & the high quality workmanship of my metal denture. Thank you Dr Meena for referring me to Ali after you had finished saving the rest of my teeth. Very Happy. :)

Sandra Bennett The staff and doctors are great, however this year I have had trouble with appointments being cancelled. Specifically my daughters appointments with her psychologist. Appointments that I have to book weeks in advance which means by the time her appointments are cancelled its at least another three weeks before I can book her next appointment. And even then they also have been cancelled. If it was for me I wouldnt care as much but these appointments are for my 15 year old daughter.

Niki Finally Drs that care and take the time to listen to their patients. Dr Prathivadi is the most attentive, kind and supportive Dr I’ve ever seen. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and has talked over my options throughly and provided me all the materials for me to take home and research before I make my choice. She’s never told me “this is what you have to take or do “ She is a great asset to the practice.

The nurses are also kind and understanding. Dr Johnson Hsu who we see is a good doctor with whom we both feel comfortable and happy. We are both pleased that we chose to attend this Medical Centre when we moved to Ferntree Gully some years ago.
