Dr Lims wife has the sweetest caring persona too. My adult son goes there also without fear. Cannot recommend higher for this service and people who truly take care of their patients. Abhaynagar Sonadanga Charged 150$ out of pocket on top of 348$ from medicare. Gave wrong invoice Showing only 348 being bulk billed. Called them. They said “try best to support” I and refused to recognise a mistake. when I insisted on the acknowledgment of mistake, hang on me saying there is a patient to attend. Felt unheard, unattended. Experienced unprofessional, rude behaviour.

They always try their best to accomodate all their need while giving them a great service related to their teeth. My girls has been with them from last 3 years. And plan to be with her for yhe coming years too.

Kim Smith Dentist was very thorough and was easy to understand. Receptionist and assistant is also very much on the ball, both very polite and accommodating.
