Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and spends time analysing the skin so you get the best treatment each session. My skin is feeling and looking amazing!

I started a course of hydrodermabrasion facials leading up to my wedding and it is safe to say my skin looked absolutely flawless on my wedding day all thanks to the wonderful facials Olivia provides. Olivia is sensational at what she does and is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to what’s best for my skin. It’s been a few months since my wedding and I couldn’t resist heading back for some more ‘me’ time. I left my facial today positively glowing and am not sure why I waited so long between appointments. I am certainly feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and cannot wait for my next appointment.

Celia Thompson-Shaw Gai applied lash extensions to me about a week ago and they are going so well! i thought it would feel like i was wearing false lashes but i have been forgetting that i have them on until someone tells me how gorgeous my lashes look today, they are light and comfortable even for sleeping and i sleep on my face!. i took a little nap and was warm and comfortable while she applied them in the salon. thanks so much Gai! i look forward to returning!

Cat Woods I had the wonderful experience of attending Visible Changes for eyelash extensions today. The location is so easy to get to - with ample 2 hour parking and Eaglemont train station less than a minute away. Karen has been in the business for a very long time and she has created a beautiful candle-scented, luxurious space. Gai is the nail, IPL and eyelash expert and she applied my extensions painlessly and professionally in under the 1.5 hours that it usually takes. My only gripe was the lack of music that meant the building noise from nearby was amplified. A very small issue in what was a fantastic experience and I would definitely return for other services.

Ella Abeyaratne Ive had my lashes done here a few times and I would never go anywhere else. Gai is so great at giving me exactly what I want for my lashes and does it so professionally and it takes less than an hour most times. Ive always been so happy with the results and never felt any discomfort with the lashes and they last for a long time too.

Helen Rolls I cant believe I havent done a review already! Ive been going to Karen ever since a colleague suggested her in December 1999 (just before my sisters wedding). Karen is great. I started out waxing and more recently with hair removal. I was living in Sydney for a few years and was getting laser up there, after a few bad experiences I can tell you that Karen is professional and genuine. Shes great at eyebrow shape in particular. Highly recommend!

Lana Nunis Such a beautiful and bright salon! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Eden has been cutting and colouring my hair for years. She is amazing!! I cant recommend her and this salon highly enough.

Flora Terrens I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Elliott Steele has been my salon for almost two years and I could not recommend all the staff (especially my hairdresser Ella!) highly enough. The only place to go for all hair types, but especially blondes! I always leave feeling incredible!
