Sonia Sundarjee Dr Jeff is the best dentist Ive ever had in my whole life - he was very attentive, knowledgeable and comprehensive. I loved his PowerPoint on treatment options. The practice itself was very innovative, clean, cute (with little crochet teeth) and welcoming with modern technology. Will definitely be going back and want to make Dr Jeff my regular dentist.

Phillip Diep Very new, clean, fairly professional practice, Dr Jeff actually articulated and addressed my concerns very well. My Clean was good. But let me warn you, if you have health insurance and are financially struggling, this isnt the place for you. For my initial check up and clean including xrays it cost me $195 after the health insurance claim. Cmon now thats overly exorbitant.... no? This is Flemington / Kensington not toorak or Brighton. My previous dentist is gap fee free twice a year for my check up and cleans. If you dont want to be excessively overcharged for xrays that they do in house, make sure you make it clear you do not want any xrays done. I was looking forward to meeting jolvin, seems like quite an impressive character with all his awards and qualifications, but I can confidently say that this practice is predominantly financially motivated.

Sophia S *** NO SIGNAGE SAYING CCTV IN TREATMENT ROOMS SPECIFICALLY OWNER IS LYING WITH RESPONSE AS OF TIME REVIEW WAS WRITTEN*** CCTV WAS ONLY RECENTLY PUT IN TREATMENT ROOMS SO HOW CAN YOU SAY ITS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS? ALSO WAS NEVER ON CONSENT FORMS SO OWNER IS LYING*** BEWARE CAMERAS IN TREATMENT ROOMS WITH NO SIGNAGE DISCLOSING THAT!!!!! I came with a friend and noticed cameras in the corner of the TREATMENT room. I understand having them in reception and outside however when you have them in the treatment rooms that is absolutely something that should be disclosed to all customers. That is such an invasion of privacy not only to staff but to patients as well, especially when you are sharing PRIVATE and PERSONAL information with your practitioners. Such a disgrace that not only are you being filmed but there is no signage advising that all your personal and private information are being filmed. What an absolute disgrace to the business owner you should be ashamed. 0 client confidentiality what a joke. If customers feel like this imagine how your staff would feel having no privacy either. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! —EDIT TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER CCTV on premises is valid and understandable HOWEVER CCTV INSIDE treatment rooms is BEYOND an invasion of privacy and MUST be disclosed to the clients specifically. In regards to client forms it does not mention that “in treatment rooms you are being filmed and audio recorded by CCTV” Do I need to watch if I go into the bathroom as-well? What an absolute joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amanda Clifford I was able to get an appointment quickly after requesting one on the website. Super friendly staff! A quick and very thourough clean, great advice, and a nice atmosphere. Dr. Annesley was very personable and explained my dental health in great detail with photos and xrays. Id recommend anyone in the area in need of a dentist to go here. Theyve got a lovely practice.

Benjamin Blackwell Endless photography of your mouth, extending the procedure time, procedures/images?panoramic Xrays added on. for extra - of course! Went back for a clean - assistant was in the full throes of an ENT infection, asked for no photos - was told "maybe just a few" in contravention of the Privacy Act 1988. Noped out of there from another photo shoot, and fighting off the technicians illness. Charges like Collins street, operates like Sunshine West

Nasra Abdirehman The dentist here was extremely unprofessional and rude. From her fake tone of voice , the way she looks at you with a straight face, and her urge to hurry you out of a room having no respect for you. Its so easy to talk to people nicely and explain what they need for you so you can comply, instead , she used her position to speak to me in a degrading , unprofessional matter.

Rebecca Vincent Went in for a filling but one week after the procedure, my tooth was hurting where the filling was placed. I went back to get it checked, and they told me theres nothing they can do to help. Im shocked that they simply do not care about their patients.

Анна Кoмиссарова The baby had a check up a few weeks ago. He was sent home and told to come back if he had a toothache. His tooth ached and the phone call was answered not to come, but to go to the Royal Childrens Hospital, and there we were told that why were you sent here, if this is the competence of the clinic, where the tooth was treated before. No words! The child went home with a toothache!!!

L P Incompetent dentist DANIEL and extremely rude receptionist. Dentist butchered me while trying to do a root canal(student/assistant even told him to give up as my mouth had been open for so long) though he was never able to finish the job he started. He didn’t not rebook, just left one root, that he said he couldn’t get and that I would need to go to a private dentist to finish HIS dodgy job. Not to mention I was charged $30 every visit for multiple visits. Have called up again to see if there’s another dentist here that’s actually competent enough to do a root canal to which the receptionist has stated “treatment ended in March so you’ll only be able to get on a wait list for a checkup”. A waitlist for over two years for something that’s been an emergency since the day I left the initial appointment with a butchered job, I’ve a huge hole left in my mouth since he could never finish the last canal that’s been infected ever since, they refuse to put a cap/filing in it for the time being also. Royal dental hospital also refused to do anything because “I’m under cohealths care and was never provided with a care plan or X-rays for the work done by the dentist” so no other public dentist can take over without me forking out even more money just to get X-rays so my private dentist can see what work has been done. Now I have to pay thousands to go private to have the tooth completely removed as DANIEL has ruined any chance of trying to save the tooth. Have reported this incident to ACCC , DH, AHPRA & DHSV, as people shouldn’t be left to pay even more money for dodgy public jobs to be fixed privately. TRUELY INCOMPETENT ON EVERY LEVEL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ryan Sean Stay away. My wife came here and the dentist told her she needed a root canal on her front tooth so they did that . He found that they needed to take the nerve out of my wifes front tooth . She asked if her front tooth would fall out or discolor in future . He lied and he said no it wont fall out or discolor . One week later it was discolored to a blue tinge and also is going to fall soon. My wife is very dissapointed in this clinic please people stay away . They will wreck your teeth and you will pay thousands to fix it in private dental .
