Steph was great at educating me regarding the processes and products being used. Steph is not judgemental and instead she educates you regarding how you can make your skin better! After my facial, there was a noticeable difference in my complexion and lashes looked amazing!

Bree Fitness Steph is gentle, clean, professional and well priced; was great to chat to while I got my first lash lift and made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time! a bryk I spontaneously booked myself for a haircut/style and spa facial last Friday. The salon was well appointed and calming. The products were top shelf all around. Ella provided a gentle and lovely facial with beautiful products. I noticed that a couple days after the treatment the redness in my nose and cheeks nearly disappeared- which was dramatic and surprising. Amy provided a very apt consultation for my straight and thin mid-length hair that I have been getting cut in the shopping centre for the past few years. What she did with my hair was nothing short of amazing~ very stylish and modern as well as flattering on my face. I took plenty of selfies, used one of them for a website picture and then had hubby take me out for a fancy dinner! #winning. I will definitely be back!

Courtney Hawkins I have curly hair. I have been searching for a curly hair stylist closer to home (not wanting to travel to the city or further) and came across Guava Clinic. Its a big deal trusting someone new to cut curly hair but Jules the owner at Guava did an amazing job! I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Walking in, the clinic decor is clean and beautiful with lots of natural light, plants, soft music, mirrors and a chandelier. The staff are kind, attentive and excellently trained. They used curly girl approved products ( clever curl) and were very knowledgeable about curly hair. I walked away feeling rejuvenated and pampered with beautiful fresh hair. Thank you Guava

rita ioannidis Will never visit this salon again, Staff are rushed and charge you for something they spent 2 seconds on. Prepared my own toe nails the night before, taking off polish, trimming and filing , went in for just a normal coat of nail polish and was charged for all the extras. Apparently they trimmed and buffed?. More interested in making the extra dollar than good customer service. They also went from giving the lady next to me a pedicure and without changing their gloves went straight to my feet.Yuk! Plenty of other places to choose from, never again. Oh and yes, it’s ok to have a smile, I think they have forgotten how too

Paris Pym Really bad, my boyfriend could do better and he rips his nails… Felt like the Girl had no idea what she was doing, only scraped the corner of one heel, was left with wonky nails and a red heel. Not even a clear coat

jennimareeh The Salon is very clean and the mature lady and the gentleman do a great job with care. The young girl is terrible. She hurries everything. She doesnt do your cuticles properly or your heels, or the leg massage and she takes off too much nail with that electric File and you have problems after with the gel sticking to your nail bed and ripping off. I do like the Salon, but I wouldnt go back to her. Also, they used to take card and now they told me they didnt and I had to then go into Woolworths to get cash out. No signs up about this.

Tarryn Dawkins I used to love this place but the last few times I’ve been I just feel like they don’t really care anymore. Once I got my nails done and I just usually walk in and get acrylic but afterwards she told me she used Gel so charged me extra. Fast forward to today - I got my nails done and within a week 3 were broken so I went back and instead of saying something I just asked for a refill. I wasn’t overly happy with the nails - there’s a hair and random white dot from the refill in my index finger nail. When I went to pay they charged me $70 because they charge $10 per broken nail on top of the refill and then something about my design because I got thin French tip shellac. I was shocked by the price and explained that I had only been in a week earlier. I paid it to not cause any issues but I’m really disappointed and I won’t go back now.

Pauline Slow, badly organised and really bad almond shape nails that were not properly filed and need to stop talking if you cant do you job and talk at the same time. Never again.
