Tamara Rich I was looking for a new eyebrow threader and lash lifter after I moved to the Dandenongs. Jenny was recommended to me and she is great. I’ve been a couple times now and my brows and lashes haven’t looked this good in ages. It’s not rushed like some of the brow bars you go to and she really takes her time to get it right and give you a great result. She is also so lovely to deal with and overall just a great service.

Jazz Palamara I had extremely healthy and strong nails and decided to get a extension set on Friday. The customer service was poor and they were quick to push through my appointment. Over night 4 of my nails bubbled and peeled and 1 had lifted. 2 of the nails was sticky underneath and I got nail chemicals on my clothing and skin. I contacted the salon and was told I could only be compensated if I came in and got the nails taken off. So Saturday I went in to get them taken off and my hands were left in acetone for an hour, damaging my nails and skin. They then over filed my nails underneath. My nails and fingers have been left in terrible condition and my nail health is ruined. The customer service was terrible, absolutely no care for my nail or skin health. Saturday night I left a review explaining the situation and my review was then deleted and hidden, so I am rewriting this. Very impressed.

Tracey Turner-Mann I have my nails and waxing done regularly but couldn’t get into my usual salon so thought I’d try here. It certainly gave me an appreciation for my usual salon! At first I was impressed by the disposable foot bowl covers BUT… the dirty and worn out pedicure chairs were not overly appealing. I was given a chair that had used cold water in it and asked for another chair. The massage chair creaked and groaned as it attempted to work. The pedicure took maybe 15 minutes and even though I was the only person there I was asked to move to an old office type chair while my nails dried. The 2 staff chatted to each other and no one said one word to me. I asked if they did waxing (surely that had to be better than the pedicure experience) I may as well have been a mannequin. The girl that did my waxing barely even looked at me. Herself and the other staff member continued to speak in their own language and completely ignored me. If I’d received a quality pedicure and waxing service I would give more stars but even those were not very good. I’m very grateful for where I usually go. At least I feel like a valued customer there. I would not return.

Lyn Kinealy I had a shell manicure and my first ever pedi. The nails are good.apart from.thr two workers laughing and chatting. The language barrier was frustrating. The pedicure was disappointing. It looked ok but didnt feel pampering. Was placed in office chair facing wall for thirty mins while nails dried. Never again.

Laura mahon Booked and got a shellac manicure here while travelling. Overall the nails are fine but there were some things which could have been improved on: - There were 2 ladies doing treatments and despite seeming to be fully booked they took a walk-in which left people waiting and felt like they ended up rushing with booked customers - Stations werent cleaned between customers meaning there were bits of polish and powder residue left under hands - Masks werent worn by staff when using chemicals and drills for removal of polish which long term can cause health issues for them - Attention to detail could have been better. One flooded cuticle and had to ask multiple times for them to smooth the tops of nails as the polish was rough and uneven. Nail art was also more heavy handed than what I had asked for. Lisa Carroll I have just started going to Ferntree Nails…been twice now and have been so happy both times. Sundays are a great time to go. They are really friendly, do an extra professional job and really put in the effort to make sure each nail is perfect. Huge range of colours too. Extremely clean and tidy. Give them a go if you are looking for your forever nail salon.
