My skin felt super smooth with zero irritation, which is rare for my sensitive skin! I also got a full body wax from Manisha, and she did an incredible job. She was very detail-oriented and made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. Her technique was quick, clean, and almost painless! Both Shagufta and Manisha gave top-notch service. Alyssa Pace Pretty upset with my experience today! I had been going to this nail place before the new management and loved it, but today I had asked for a short French tip with a reference photo. The nail tech had started to paint the French tip but I asked if she could try painted it a different way, more similar to my photo. She refused and said her way was nicer, and I asked if she could please try and she again refused. Feeling shutdown, I just left it. I then was really unhappy with my results. Not very happy, and considering I’m the one who was paying for this design I don’t think she should be the one to determine what design I get.
