From the moment I first spoke to Carolyn at the front desk, her warmth and kindness were the deciding factor in not only booking an appointment but also transferring my records. She truly made the process easy and welcoming. Every practitioner I met was very professional, gentle, and informative. I never felt rushed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel informed and at ease throughout what is always a little nerve racking! The clinic itself is immaculate and modern, with excellent facilities all on-site. In the past I’ve had to source scans and extractions elsewhere. Its clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that is both highly professional and genuinely friendly. All my appointments were always on time, and I even received a follow-up call to check in after my visit; a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. I had a concern that I might not be able to understand everything Dr.Sharayu explained since English is my first language and I was super nervous. But she made everything so clear and explained me kindly and professionally so I could just relax. Nicole Georgakis I have recently visited Dr. Narkhede a few times for some dental procedures and I cannot express how grateful I am for her understanding and supportive approach, especially as someone who experiences anxiety about dental visits and would normally dread and avoid visiting the dentist completely. I was met with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. Dr. Narkhede took the time to talk to me about my anxiety, listening attentively to my concerns and fears. During my appointments, she was incredibly patient and gentle. Dr Narkhede explained each step of each procedure in a way that was easy to understand, which helped alleviate my worries. I appreciated how she continued to check on me and ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process; I also appreciated being able to watch the tv on the roof as a distraction. I cannot recommend Dr. Narkhede and the supporting staff enough. Thank you for your help! I can finally say, I no longer have anxiety when visiting the dentist.

What really stood out was how much guidance and support I received every step of the way. It made something that seemed intimidating feel totally manageable. Dr. Sharayu is not only extremely skilled, but also incredibly gentle and attentive. She truly takes the time to listen and make sure youre comfortable throughout. I will always come to Synergy even if we ever move! My 7 year old always has a great experience too and there is zero fear surrounding the twice yearly check up.

Jared Sent 3 separate emails requesting x-rays for emergency surgery, called in and was assured they would be sent in time for my appointment. It has now been 20 hours with no response. Receptionist was very rude on the phone.

Danii Aly Came in for an emergency apt for severe sensitivity in one tooth that also needed a filling.. only to be told she couldnt fix it that day because she didnt have time. The dentist was rude and made me feel even more insecure about my teeth.
