From the moment I first spoke to Carolyn at the front desk, her warmth and kindness were the deciding factor in not only booking an appointment but also transferring my records. She truly made the process easy and welcoming. Every practitioner I met was very professional, gentle, and informative. I never felt rushed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel informed and at ease throughout what is always a little nerve racking! The clinic itself is immaculate and modern, with excellent facilities all on-site. In the past I’ve had to source scans and extractions elsewhere. Its clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that is both highly professional and genuinely friendly. All my appointments were always on time, and I even received a follow-up call to check in after my visit; a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. Im so grateful to have found Parkdale Dentist for myself and my family. It’s reassuring to know that our dental care is now in very good hands. Melinda Phyland

I feel confident I’ve found my go-to dental clinic, and I want to give special recognition to Dr. Yea Lea. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional, making me feel as though I was reconnecting with a longtime friend. If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I absolutely would!
