Mattea Breed My mum and I come here often and get a SNS manicure and pedicure. We are always pleased with the results and the ladies there are always lovely. The prices are great and the results never disappoint! Michelle is great and offers a quick but quality service! The new location is also great! It’s got plenty of car parking at the back and lots of natural light in the salon plus it is more spacious than the old one. Would definitely recommend and bring my friends here!

Visa 2 F.T.P I recently visited a beauty parlour and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff was professional and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere right from the moment I stepped in. The parlour was clean and well-organized,. The products used felt luxurious, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely return for future treatments.

Vivian Wong Ive been to several places to have my eyebrows threaded now, and Ive realised that its one thing to get rid of stray hairs but another thing to be able to shape the brows really well. Sukhi is by far the best when it comes to shaping and she doesnt rush. Would highly recommend her!

Mimz Bee I go to Souki every three weeks for eyebrow threading - she is absolutely amazing and always so welcoming. In fact, all the ladies that work here are kind and welcoming. Souki always takes her time to ensure that I am happy with the outcome and will adjust or make changes if requested. The shop is always clean and the ladies always ensure that their tools are clean and up to standard. I will not go anywhere else :)

Katrina Faucheur I took my daughter to have a cut and blow wave on Saturday 18/1/25. The stylist walked in 20 minutes late apologising that she was on a call. We sat my daughter down and showed the stylist how long she wanted her hair. At the start her hair was to the middle of her back, we instructed to cut to the top of her armpit. The stylist remarked to my daughter that she would look better with short hair and proceeded to cut her hair above shoulder length. My daughter cried for two days. She’s devastated. Also the salon is so cluttered with fake flowers and fairy lights and throw pillows and macrame it’s really overwhelming. The whole experience was really unprofessional. We won’t return.

Riya Shajikumar The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you don’t know what to do with your hair they are happy to help. As I had long and thick hair two of them worked while drying my hair. Alice was very patient and she did her best with colours to get me something vibrant and visible on my dark hair. Moreover, they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend this place without a second thought.

Taurajay Olds HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! It was so informative, they actually explained how semi permanent colours work which no place has ever done before. No one would be able to say they’re not informative !!!! Never had a better experience at a hairdressers before, I believe the ladies were Rachel and Anthea! They spoke such kind words and had great customer service. I can not thank them enough for being so kind throughout the whole service . I had my hair cut, blow waved and coloured, the atmosphere was great amd we all had a great laugh and ofcourse my hair looked amazing at the end of it all. Should have left my review sooner and chosen this salon sooner . Honestly don’t have 1 bad thing to say about this salon . Worth it ❤️ Thank you ladies! Don’t stop doing what you’s are doing :)

min chen Very bad Thermage experience. This Cady hurriedly finished 900 treatments on my face and neck in just one hour, without adjusting the intensity according to my skin condition. After the Thermage treatment that day, I asked to take the Thermage treatment head away to prevent the merchant from recycling it for secondary use, but Cady found an excuse to refuse to give it to me and only gave me the packaging box. The day after the Thermage surgery, my cheekbones began to become red, swollen and inflamed. In the next two weeks, my entire face was red, swollen and allergic, resulting in a rotten face. The allergy caused my left eye to become red and swollen, and the relief was only gradual after taking anti-inflammatory drugs. During this period, I took photos and went directly to Baseus Calming Skin. After the incident, I asked Baseus for a refund, but the customer service and Cady kept shirking their responsibilities and refused to deal with it. I told you to complain or find a lawyer, and they put all the blame on Thermage and the insurance company. I seriously doubt their operational errors in Thermage and whether the treatment heads they used were compliant. This Thermage experience caused me to suffer both physical and mental damage, and I am very disappointed. Moreover, the last time I got Botox, I was asked to increase the dosage, which ended up making my eyebrows stand up. It took more than a month for my eyebrows to become normal. Afterwards, I communicated with Cady who injected me, and she actually said that it would be fine if I could recover. She did not have any responsibility or problem. Her professional skills and work ethics are really poor. I hope everyone will not have such a bad experience and avoid this beauty salon.

Crystal Yang I had a massage and facial with Leah and really enjoyed the whole experience. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The massage was relaxing and helped ease a lot of tension, and the facial left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend her to others.
