Steffi and her team are fantastic, this was arguably the best dental experience I have had, with transparency and empathy giving me reassurance throughout the whole experience. I found this practice to be a clean professional, friendly, no b.s and very efficient dental clinic. I will be solely be using Carrum Downs family dental for my family moving forward.

Jolene I can not recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so lovely and always so accommodating. I see Dr. Austin. He is amazing. He is professional and also very personable. I have followed him from the Cranbourne clinic to the Lynbrook clinic and now to the Carrum Downs clinic. You guys are doing to fantastic job.

June Grahsm First time I have been to this clinic it was highly recommended by 2 people I know . I had broken my front tooth the night before . The receptionist was great and was able to get me in on a cancelation. Once there I saw Alex he was fantastic I explained I had a bit of anxiety and suffered with breathing properly due to sleep apnea . Alex made me feel relaxed and his nurse was great . Alex did a great job and will definitely be going back . Well done guys

I have had a very difficult journey with my teeth- I have always been self-conscious about them and as a result never took care of them properly. I cannot tell you how many dentists I’ve had in the past who made me feel so much shame about them. I always hated going to the dentist, not because I was scared, but because I always felt belittled. This year I made myself a goal to fix my teeth, and used google to help me find a good local dentist. I got a booking with Dr Anna and from the very first meeting I could tell that she was someone who was patient and free of judgment. She listened to my concerns, helped me feel at ease, and talked me through all of my orthodontic options. She performed all of my teeth extractions so well, and let me rest and take my time when I needed it. Her communication is great and she very clearly lets you know every step and what you need to do post op. She’s also very responsive and notices when something might be causing discomfort. She even had a look at my 4yr olds teeth and helped her feel comfortable about her first trip to the dentist. She is an absolute gem of a dentist- if you are ever feeling nervous or are looking to get a new dentist then Dr Anna is your answer!

He is very experienced. He explains procedures pre and post care in a clear and understandable manner,with strong credentials. He is certainly very advanced in dental technology. Updated techniques and enhanced the quality of dental care.Uses modern practice. He prioritises patient comfort and effective communication.l had a very pain free procedure done didnt feel pain nor discomfort. In conclusion Dr. T.Nguyen stands out as a reliable choice and committed to patient satisfaction.l would recommend Dr. T.Nguyen to anyone

Steven Mc The dentist Dr Haidee Creber and the dentist nurse.. really took great care of me, and make sure that I was comfortable through the whole process.. I did not feel the injections for the numbing, and also the Dental nurse changed the nozzle on the suction.. because the other one was making my teeth sensitive.. I could not ask for better Service.. plus I believe I’ve never been treated that way before especially going to the dentist…

Brent I booked an appointment online due to lower wisdom tooth pain. On the day of my appointment the staff went over my options, examined me, took some x-rays and then pulled the tooth right then and there under local anaesthesia. I was in and out within an hour! I felt the price was also reasonable. Wouldnt hesitate to come back.

Elizabeth Ross Dr Tri is the best. I don’t want to recommend him as he’ll become too popular and I’ll never get in to see him. Honestly I am a big chicken but he’s the only dentist who makes me feel so comfortable. He explains all the procedures to me, he takes his time, and doesn’t just do something for the sake of it. He cares. He’s the best. All the team at Carrum Downs dental are wonderful and caring. Cannot recommend their services enough.

Renee Fisher This place is a complete disgrace, they are so far so being disability inclusive its honestly disgusting. They could cater less about people with disabilities and making accommodations to assist them. Not my first traumatic experience dealing with peninsula health and their LACK of understanding or compassion for Australias most vunerable!
