sm au I saw Dr Raman on Sunday for an infected tooth. She was amazing! Very calm and easy to speak with, non-judgmental, didnt rush me, and I felt welcomed like a long time client, which I really appreciated. Every dentist I called Saturday afternoon did not call back until Monday but Dr Raman called me back and assisted me with an appointment on Sunday which was fabulous. Very gentle and compassionate service. Yesterday I attended the dental service again to see Dr Jaya this time, who performed a necessary extraction of a cracked tooth. Dr Jaya was also very gentle, didnt rush me, explained the (potential) issues very clearly using the x-rays. Like Dr Raman, Dr Jaya took time to listen to my concerns and anxious waffle :-) At all times I felt that I was in very good expert hands which helped my stress levels a lot. Dr Jaya made sure that I was very comfortable and was able to cleanly extract the tooth which had its root in a tricky spot. I have recommended Dental @ Niddrie to my Melbourne family who I know also become anxious about dental treatments (Im visiting from WA). To be honest - I wished I lived in Melbourne - as I would prefer these dentists to attend to me for any dental care. Thank you to everyone at Dental @ Niddrie Plaza ☺️ x

Chanh L Helen had a great rapport with my teenage daughter on our first appointment. It was a miracle that Helen was able to check her teeth and remove some plaque without my daughter jumping out of the dentist chair. Ive tried many dentist without any success. I felt comfortable with Helen and her staff. I felt reassured and relaxed knowing theyve seen it all and know how to manage the situation. Highly recommend this dental clinic for special needs teenagers.

Timothy Marshall Helen and her team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’ve now been to her twice as I’ve had extremely bad experiences with other dentists in the past as a child and adolescent. They take their time and listen to EVERY concern you may have. Even though I had an extraction and filling, the procedure was painless and non confronting. The technology she uses is amazing and the teams thoughtfulness is second to none! Please keep in mind that I have odontophobia and have not had my teeth seen to in many years; Helen has the magic touch and has made me feel much more at ease with dental work. Truly thankful for your help.

David Tigani Helen and the team were fantastic with our son. They engaged with him on the first visit and made him feel super comfortable. Marshall Monica (Minnie Mon) Steve is a master craftsman of dental work ! My aged mother has had a couple of plates made for her and Steve is always so kind, patient and gentle with her ageing gums ! The fit is always so perfect and she leaves every time feeling happy and cant wait to "bite" confidently into food again. Verica Kirjakovska Excellent service, I dont have enough words and thoughts to say a big thank you and how much Im grateful to super professional and caring Dr Narinder Singh and his above and beyond team including the receptionist Lydiya, and the two dental assistants Catherine and Tahmina, for their care and professionalism with their advanced technology and equipment, while I have several appointments and procedures to save my tooth by a doing root canal and putting a crown on the top. Because of them, my fear of dentists disappeared forever. Their passion and knowledge and of courses enormous experience by Dr Narinder, my tooth was saved and still functional again! Fatma Hashim First time Ive visited the clinic. I needed an emergency repair on a Saturday morning and got an appointment that day on short notice, which I really appreciated. I saw Dr Bindra. She clearly explained the issue, discussed with me my longer-term options and an made sure I didnt leave without a cost-effective short-term fix. Saigonese Physio sevice: 5 stars Receiptionist : 0.001 star My wife & 4 months baby were here this morning at 10.30. (Our 2nd time here, first one was during covid for our 1st son) It took my wife more than 15mins to find the parking as all the parking lots outside(parents with pram) are full as took over by other cars without pram( can confirm as no baby seat on those cars) She just try to give an feedback with the lady (mid 50s,Caucasian) at reception and just got the really bad altitude repsonse instead of sharing the empathy. I can tell receiption is not an easy job but as a customer we deserved a respect at least. If she not happy with her job then better give it to other people out there where they actually need it and could possibly do it better. Cheers

connie spinella My son saw the speech pathologist Anna Wallace and I can’t say how fantastic she is . She is very gifted at her job and it’s clear she is passionate . My son interacted very well with her. Both myself and the day care staff were provided recommendations on how to support his language . The day care staff mentioned how they really benefited from her visit and how much better they have been able to communicate with him . I deal with a lot of therapists through my job and I believe she is one of the best out there . Her communication is very good

Lena Issa What an absolute joke dealing with reception I cant ever seem to get through to the person I supposedly need to speak to (apparently no one else can help) and it seems super difficult for them to understand that due to security of my workplace I do not have access to my mobile phone or I get told ill be called back when I do call during work hours. Arrogant and useless staff. Ill wait that little longer for speech therapy then bother with an appointment here. Your reception staff need to learn manners and actually provide better outcomes!
