Noel Clark I transferred to this local practice from being a long-standing patient at a practice in Camberwell as the driving was getting too much for me. I saw Dr. Chen for my first appointment, and I am so glad that I have made the change. Gentle care and understanding from everyone here - dentist Ryan himself, his nurse, and reception. Everywhere so clean and bright, the latest equipment, car parking on site, and how pleasant to have open doors and fresh air when so many places are closed up and stuffy. Top marks in every respect. Highly recommended.

Jim Extremely friendly and thorough patient care. Dr. Sam Lim took the time to explain everything in great detail. He and his staff even turn on a movie or video game for young children who are waiting. Excellent professionalism, generosity and kindness from the staff here! Definitely would recommend 10/10!

Samson Ho Sam has known me since I was a young teenager. It is now probably 30 years since then. He has always been a hard working and a caring community person. During that time I’m sure he has dedicated his time improving his technical skills through his many years of practical work, so that he can positively impact his clients. During each visit he takes great care to understand how you feel and what issues you are facing. He has a deep care and concern for your well being, that is underlined by his professional experience. He is also very cost conscientious with the options he presents and discusses with you. I hope if you are looking for a dentist you will consider his practice as your next best option. David Kelly I have been coming here for over a year and a half and been seeing Dr. Ryan, who is always professional, friendly, thorough and full of knowledge. He conducts himself with the utmost care and explains everything clearly and thoughtfully. Like a lot of people I am generally anxious going to the dentist, but after each visit with Dr. Ryan I am left feeling reassured and well taken care of. The assistants and reception staff are also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice, as they will take care of you!

Abbi driscoll I love this place. I had to get all four wisdom teeth removed and they made sure I was aware of everything and was confident in my choice. They gave me plenty of information and when I was getting a bit concerned for it all they we patient with me. Mr Subramanian was particularly considerate and incredibly reassuring. I never want to get mouth surgery again but if I do I will be coming back here.

Cooper Thurman Dr Bala removed all four of my wisdom teeth about a month ago. Going in for the procedure I was quite nervous, whilst a lot of other reviews here say that they experienced no pain during the surgery I was highly skeptical. Apart from the slight sting of the needle used to deliver the local anaesthetic I felt no pain during the procedure, and afterwards had minimal swelling. If I were to have a second set of wisdom teeth Id gladly let Dr Bala remove them again!

Jon Dr. Bala was brilliant. I had a couple of wisdom teeth removed by him a few weeks ago. I was a bit nervous beforehand, mainly because of the horror stories, pain, and costs typically associated with wisdom teeth removal. During the initial consultation, Dr. Bala was great, explaining what would be done, how it would be done, roughly how much time it would take, and the benefits and risks of the procedure in my particular case. In my case, the whole procedure was done within half an hour. Although Im slightly needle phobic, he took care when administering the anaesthetic, and I barely felt the injections. He was very well prepared, and once I was numb, he wasted no time in pulling the teeth while minimising trauma to the mouth and jaw. The receptionist (who doubled as supporting staff during the procedure) was patient, understanding and excellent throughout the whole process, from booking the appointments, to helping Dr. Bala throughout the procedure. I felt no pain during the removal. My recovery was smooth with just some mild pain and discomfort in the days after the procedure. I had a relatively great experience with a procedure that just about everyone (including me) dreads. Definitely worth every cent. If I need an oral surgeon in the future, Id happily choose Dr. Bala again.

Martine Melton Dr Jay Yasdian is an incredible Doctor. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, personable and vested in his patients. He has a vast array of knowledge in challenging health issues and is very patient and thorough with his investigation and treatments. I can’t recommend Dr Jay highly enough. Dr MacLean is an exceptional Doctor who has fantastic insight and knowledge. He is incredible with my daughter and is very caring, understanding and supportive. We are very blessed to have access to two amazing doctors in the one clinic. They are both well and truly beyond general Practitioners

Thu Nguyen The waiting time is unbelievable. Every time I visit I’m waiting for an hour before seeing the doctor. I understand that everyone, including doctors, has a busy schedule, and I truly appreciate the care provided. However, I’ve noticed that despite scheduling appointments well in advance, there has often been an extended wait—up to an hour—before seeing the doctor. I kindly suggest that, when there’s a delay, the receptionist or management could notify patients in advance and suggest a later arrival time, rather than having them wait in the office for an extended period. This small adjustment could significantly improve the overall experience for patients.

Peter Peter Appalling lack of service in the Melbourne Pathology section. Told at reception there would be 15/minute wait. After 50 minutes waiting I went to receptionist and was told I would be attended to in ten minutes. Sat next to open door to pathology for 15 minutes. No one went in or came out. Stuck my head around the door and saw pathology nurse resting back in her chair texting on her mobile. Walked off in disgust. Told reception staff I would never come back again. Should have gone to my vet.

Jason Gereige Dr Jay Yazdian is a fantastic family GP that show a lot of care to his patience. He looks after both myself and my father and his knowledge and medial advice is outstanding.

Jane Harper I would not recommend Medi One Moorabbin.My usual Doctor was not available and so receptionist offered an appointment with another doctor.Reception could see from my record that I have a been a patient for many years and always been bulk billed.After waiting all day for a Telehealth consult the doctor assured me he would provide a script.Next day I received a phone call from receptionist stating that unless I paid the script would not be provided!Too bad if the script was vital to my health.Money was the only concern bad luck patient! Receptionist refused to admit that the onus was on them to inform me I would be charged. Appalling lack of care.Greed not need is the motto here.

Liss Ithier All round amazing dental practice. From the reception staff to the dentist’s. Always happy to explain things regarding my dental treatment in detail as someone with dental anxiety this means a lot to me. They care about you and hear your concerns. So many dentists to choose from. Reception is also very helpful in finding suitable times to work for me. Very thorough in helping understand claims and quotes and take time with you. They don’t rush you.

I received not only 1st class treatment but 1st class advice, something rarely given at other Dental establishments. Maybe others have thought that I know everything about teeth care at my age but .... Dr Saba gave me new and up to date dental care instructions that I have never received. I also immediately went and bought a top of the range electric toothbrush solely on her advice for future personal dental care. So ... 5 stars for Dr Saba, her professional dental assistant and the team in reception.
