진(Jin) Jay is the best trainer I have ever had. He pays thorough attention to everything from diet to posture correction. He is very dedicated and puts all his effort into each class, so Its definitely worthy. My body & mentality have changed a lot. Also, the gym is always clean and facilities are new. The location is also great. Id recommend it to people around Gladesville!
