Despina Amanatidou I had tried to find a female club nearby for quite some time . When I came across the Queen of Lean and trialled it for one week, I knew I had found what I was looking for. I have been really happy with all the trainers and the classes; so much so that I was doing initially two classes a day as I didn’t want to choose one over the other. I highly recommend it to women that want to feel good and remain strong in their bodies !

Thomas Wilkie Great facility with all of the non gym YHAF benefits in one place, Voltage Group Fitness classes, Charged Pilates, Recharge Rest & Recovery, all just down the road from the Cranbourne Facility with all the usual gym equipment, if that more you thing. Bonus of having two Myotherapists operating out of the same facility makes it easy to flow from a class under the lights, to a remedial massage and then into the sauna or spa to further unwind.
