4 /5 BCecommerce: I hope this message finds you well. I am writing as a current member to share some important feedback about the overall gym experience.
When I signed up, the gym was presented as an exclusive, premium experience—with a waiting list for membership and a monthly membership fee that cost over $100 per week. However, my experience so far has been quite different from what was advertised.
Unfortunately, the gym is consistently overcrowded. It is often difficult to access basic facilities, such as bathrooms, which often have lines, only 3 toilets in the women’s bathroom, at peak times you have to wait in line, and there is a lack of essential equipment—for example, there is no dedicated abdominal machine available.
In addition, I have serious concerns about safety. The sauna and ice bath areas do not have non-slip flooring, which poses a real risk of injury. It feels like an accident could happen at any moment.
For such a high monthly membership fee, I expected a more comfortable, functional, and safe training environment. I believe this feedback reflects what many members are also experiencing and I hope it can lead to improvements.
