Tirian C MPHQ has quickly become my happy place! I’ve been attending for just over a month now, and I genuinely look forward to every class. The instructors are all so lovely, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the studio itself has such a calm, modern, and clean atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. ❤️

Kathy Mary Caroline brings her own thoughtful and genuine energy to each class. She is a sensitive, nurturing (and fun) teacher. My partner and I see our Yin class as a welcome way to end the week.

Byron Connolly My time at Life Source Yoga in North Sydney was excellent. Angela and the other teachers at the studio are very friendly and guided me through my yoga journey over several years. The classes are relatively small, which means that all students receive the right level of attention. I highly recommend Life Source to all yoga enthusiasts.
