J J Ive been training with Armstrong for the past three months, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My main goals were to lose weight and improve my overall fitness — and thanks to Armstrong’s guidance, I’ve already lost 8kg, feel significantly more energetic, and have gained a lot of confidence in myself. He always ensures my technique is spot-on, which has helped me avoid injuries and get the most out of every workout. He’s incredibly motivational and truly committed to his clients success. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a boost of encouragement, he’s always there for you. On top of being an excellent trainer, Armstrong is just a great person to be around. He’s approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. If youre looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, dedicated, and easy to work with, I cant recommend Armstrong enough.

Liz Millard Physio & Exercise Studio - VIC

Jenny Cook Pilates classes are extremely well run. Both Liz and Katherine are familiar with the individual needs of the clients and cater for these needs during the classes. Always a positive atmosphere which helps to make the class go quickly. My Physio sessions with Liz help to keep me mobile and relieve the pain that I suffer from. I’m lucky to have found them.

Rebecca Vize Highly recommend Kim (and Matt) for their PT sessions!!! Over the years I have been to many different gyms, had PTs here and there but have never come across anyone as good. There’s a reason why I have stuck it out, stayed consistent and actually look forward to my Monday morning sessions as I know my time with Kim is not only great for my body but also my mind. It gets me in the right headspace for whatever comes my way. I love that Kim comes to my house and fits in with my busy schedule, she listens and guides me with my training, provides valuable information around what will help with my results but most importantly for me was Kim helped me from post major surgery and not being to do much through at all to now having no restrictions and also being in the best shape I have been in over 10 years. I’m extremely grateful! Thank you Kim.
