1 /5 Lauren Sorrenti: Recommended by our real estate agent at Ray white for the sale of our property. In a 3 month settlement we only heard from them 1 week before and we had forms we needed to provide to banks we didnt know anything about that were already over a week late. The day before settlement was scheduled we get contacted by the real estate agent that the settlement is delayed. AAA didnt call us, we had to call them. Only that day did they ask for ID and to sign authority for them to act on our behalf. Luckily we had access to our passports and other ids at the time. They denied any responsibility, kept forgetting conversations we had. I was constantly repeating myself. They were impossible to contact, phones ring out - no message option - never answering phone and no website. the gmail email account should have been a clue - but the real estate agent recommended them, so this should be easy. Apparently not. We ended up giving the work to another conveyancer (Denways Legal) and they saved us.
