I’ve been training with Adam for over a year now and he’s my go-to for just about everything body and exercise. From hooking me up with top tier protein brands, his suggestions for supplements, meal recipes, and recovery spots (hello Inner Studios), Adam has been there through it all:
- The PB’s (150kg leg presses, 50kg reps bench press, 110kg deadlifts)
