The store owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What truly stood out was the owner staying after business hours just to help me out—something you don’t see often these days. The attention to detail, care, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. Both my watch and bracelet now fit perfectly and look as good as new. If you’re looking for quality service from people who truly care, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs or adjustments. Ben Davey Daniel and everyone at Waterdale Jewellery were fantastic. They helped us design our engagement ring using our diamonds and we love it. We subsequently went back for our wedding bands and a custom designed necklace too. Never questioned going anywhere else.
