Kara T Im so grateful to have found Jenny. Ive previously worked 1:1 with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in gym settings, but no one truly understood what my body needed until I met Jenny. I’ve dealt with past rotator cuff injuries, and currently scoliosis, and kyphosis, and I’ve never been someone who enjoys the gym or feels confident using equipment. I also struggled with activating the right muscles during workouts.
Since starting regular weekly sessions with Jenny, everything has changed. Im actually beginning to enjoy training, and I feel more connected to my body than ever before. Jenny truly understands how to tailor each session to my unique needs. I also really appreciate that she combines her knowledge of weight training with expertise in yoga and Pilates. It makes for a well-rounded and mindful approach to fitness.
