Mi chelle Love love love this studio (and Mona Vale). All the teachers are fabulous. I feel so relaxed and grounded after every session. The workshops are also a great addition to the regular classes.

Phoebie Anne Deroca Holly did my lymphatic massage and it was absolutely amazing! I even fell asleep during the session and felt so light and refreshed afterwards. The ambiance was really relaxing and peaceful, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be going back!

Paul Nguyen Sandra at the checkout, shes the most lovely friendly person ever. I watched her deal with other customers with a warm welcoming smile.Before she began, she politely asked if I mind how heavy the bags are. Of course I dont mind, as it means fewer bags to carry. The store is well presented and easy to navigate. Plenty of parking out the front.
