Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie. For the disgusting service to me lack of customer service,unprofessionalism, no responsibility taken for any change of circumstances and no communication by the seller to customer. Disagreements made by business on their personal terms without informing the customer on their purchase. As there was agreement for my items to be posted on 25/3 Monday which has not been completed did not receive any communication from this business and have not received any tracking no. This business also posted BRIDAL outfit on the social without any consent also withheld of deposit as well on the outfit. So please everyone be careful. Disgusting service by this business never came cross anyone like this. Please do not take their word for an answer. No proof shipping has been received by customer for any reassurance. They definitely made my wedding preparations very hard and stressful without any reason will never be coming again. As long they receive the payment they don’t care about anything else please be careful shopping with this business. Please invest your hard earned money in better business.
