1 /5 Tamika Rogers: I was served today by Heather, who made me feel like an inconvenience from the second I stepped foot in the store. Very rude. I wanted to use my care plan, and was informed there was no balance left on this. News to me! This was never told to me when I purchased the ring. I purchased a 10 year care plan and we are only 3 years in! Why would I purchase a 10 year care plan if I knew the plan was only valid up to the price I paid for the item? Michael Hill have no such conditions. Not to mention my ring has lost a diamond after only 3 years so the quality and workmanship of my ring is nothing to rave about!

1 /5 S Williams: So rude, went in and no greeting at all. Two ladies were working, and I waited about 3 minutes still no response so just walked out. Would be nice just to say "hi, well be with you in a moment". So many nice and friendly people locally need jobs, yet they have the most rude people in customer service.

1 /5 Sevasti Mijota: Went in today and got the worse service, made to feel as though I couldnt afford your product without even asked my budget. Total rude behaviour from a middle aged woman that should know better. What ever happened to customer service. For the record your additute cost you a sale.

1 /5 Rizwan Qazi: Went in on 23/03/2024. Ticket price for the pendant as per in the showcase was $189 or $ 199. When about to pay was told straight away it is $249 so if you dont wanna go with it i would have to put the pendant back in the showcase. Waste of time.
