Neither of us wear much jewellery so we were very patiently guided through everything we needed to know, Sarah and Jess were both so lovely and so knowledgable. I ended up with a beautiful sapphire in a custom design which was finished on time and absolutely stunning, we both love it so much. Also very reasonably priced given the quality of the jewellery!

I first went to Windfall and met with Sarah while they were based in the Footscray area to get an engagement ring for my now wife. I had a basic idea, I knew my partner liked rose gold...and thats about it. Sarah guided me through what to look for, and coaxed a specific design out of me. The ring was recieved *very* well. We recently married, and Sarah helped my wife and I select the perfect wedding bands. Such an essential and important part of my marriage was made easy and had a beautiful outcome. No complaints whatsoever!
