Symmetry Physiotherapy Ascot Vale - VIC

Kathy Zdravevski We have been going to Symmetry Ascot Vale and seeing Melvin. He is fantastic at managing my son’s Severs and foot/leg pain. He listens and genuinely cares to ensure you get better as soon as possible. In addition their extended opening hours past the usual 5pm really helps when you cant attend during the day. They are open on Saturdays and are very accommodating. They also have a gym at the back that patients can use for their recovery. I look forward to seeing my son train (strength and conditioning) knowing he is being taken care by the best. Thank you Symmetry, Melvin and Stephen.

Empower Exercise Physiology and Health - VIC

Marcelle Carr I have been seeing Matt Donovan since January 2022. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The progress I have made has been amazing. I have found him to be professional and he has tailored my program to how my body is feeling at each visit. I am an older woman and Matt has set some challenging exercises but nothing that would result in an injury. I had two full knee replacements in 2020 and the strength and conditioning training that I am doing with Matt has meant that I am able to live my life to the fullest and in fact I am training to walk the Kokoda Trail in 2023. I have full confidence in Matt and in his ability to see me undertake this Trek knowing that what we are doing will mean that my body is well prepared for these conditions.
