There were a few male customers near the deep end playing diving but were very loud and unsafe.
Your lady lifeguard staff approached them and reminded them they should pay attention to water safety.
She was very brave and used a very appropriate tone. Most people would find it confronting to speak to those customers.
But coming from a staff member did raise the alert and made them aware of the possible danger.
Also thank you very much for bringing back the lane availability page, it is extremely helpful for us to plan what time to come to visit.
The water cleanliness has improved a lot too. There are also a lot of new signs to promote water safety and supervision of children.
