Sandra Breuer Irene is a great personal trainer. Before starting my training Irene spent time understanding exactly what I wanted to achieve, both short term and long term. Irene also took into consideration my body and previous injuries before designing a program tailored to my needs. Irene is a great coach, with a beautiful personality. Each week she encouraged me to challenge myself, and to work harder however always keeping in my previous injuries. If you want to see results, I would highly recommend Irene.

Braveheart Muay Thai - VIC

Mai Vo I originally joined when Roger, Lorana, and Tom were running the gym, and it was good then. Mike and Steve took over 6 months ago, and they have taken it to another level. It is a really good mix of learning new techniques, getting your technique fixed, working up a sweat, losing calories, & having fun. There is a good vibe in the gym as well, with no egos etc. Highly recommend giving it a go, my only regret is not joining years ago..
