Deamma Taganesia Had the pleasure of joining my first class with Sami today and she is absolutely amazing !! She is the best instructors and really takes the time to key in on your individual needs. Showing the class how to do the exercise first and making sure no one has fallen behind. The exercises are well thought out and tailored to the level of class she’s teaching. 100% recommend Sami’s classes to all my friends and family. Definitely be returning for regular sessions !

Suzi Daley Dr Lizzy is a breath of fresh air when it comes to managing my own health; she has helped me overcome what was a debilitating lower back condition that was stealing my sleep and my ability to move comfortably from the moment I got up in the morning. She has woven her magic on my body, allowed me to take control of my recovery and she has taught me to listen to what my body is saying to me. Her fluid thinking about how to aid my continual healing has impressed me immensely and I feel blessed to have Dr Lizzy as part of my whole health support.

Amanda Leeson ASN Frankston is that store — the one where you walk in and instantly feel like you’ve got your own hype squad. The staff are ridiculously friendly, actually know their stuff, and somehow manage to recommend products without making you feel like you’re being sold a whole new personality. The store is spotless, the range is huge, and the vibes? Immaculate. If you want honest advice, great products, and a team that treats you like a regular even when it’s your first time, this is the place. 10/10 would happily let them take my money again.
