Chloe, Merinda and the team at F45 St Ives are absolutely fantastic in having an enjoyable workout experience whilst also improving fitness and form. The community aspect is fantastic and the team genuinely cares for every member at the gym. Recommend highly. Give it a go

Elle Manders Fun & friendly environment to train - classes are amazing and addictive. Great place for mums and mums to be to train as the owner is a mum herself. Highly recommend- without a doubt you’ll feel welcomed. The kindergym is also fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alfritz Toledo The whole RBT team guarantees that you are well looked after. They have a great community. The workouts are well structured and the coaches are all professionals. Overall, very satisfied.

Aaron Tran In response to whoever is A, Im not sure what you are talking about. As such, you are only talking about muay thai and your experiences. My experience with this academy is revolutionary. it actually teaches me. and Im not sure when you train, do you train right? Maybe you were doing a kick that weaponises your foot, like the question mark kick as example. And Im not sure why you call the receptionist bad, I reckon Jenny is the best with the community, but maybe you havent got to know this academy yet like I have. I suggest to keep your suggestions to yourself before you speak publicly. And youre comparing this to a McDojo? Seriously? I have, Infact, researched it, because I know you were talking bullcrap. Its funny to me how your butt is jealous about how much crap comes out of your mouth.
